"MOUNTAIN TO SEA" är ett lyxigt 5 sovrum / 3 fullt bad hem och en av våra mest unika egenskaper på Folly Beach! Njut av fantastisk havsutsikt och lätt strandaccess direkt tvärs över gatan! Ligger bekvämt 4. 5 kvarter från Center Street där du hittar alla mysiga butiker, restauranger och "beachy" barer.

Hela bostaden byggdes i en cirkulär design, så alla rum är unika med vida utrymmen och gott om ljus med många stora fönster placerade för de mest pittoreska havsutsikten som möjligt. Detta hem (SLEEP 10) är omtänkt utformad och full av karaktär. Det har underbara trägolv över hela hemmet och anpassade kakel badrum. "Mountain to Sea" har väl utformade strandtema möbler och inredning. Njut av 2 överstorade portar på bottenvåningen och på övervåningen från sovrummet när du kopplar av med utsikt över Atlanten. Soluppgången från sovrummet är otroligt! Alla madrasser har nyligen bytt ut, inklusive en 100% skummadrass i befälhavaren!

Det finns ett fullt utrustat, rymligt, high-end kök med anpassade skåp, granit bänkskivor, rostfria vitvaror och 5-brännare gas. Det finns plats för 8 runt matbordet plus 4 extra barstolar vid köksdisken. Den stora öppna vardagsrummet har sittplatser för alla att njuta, plus extra utrymme för extra aktiviteter. Dessutom erbjuder huset gott om parkering, 3-brännare Weber GAS GRILL tillsammans med en CHARCOAL GRILL. Tillgång till cyklar, solstolar och ett spelhålsspel finns i säkrade förråd nere.

Family Beach Vacation for 4th of July week

Mountain to Sea is a great house. Spacious and unique layout, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. Kitchen was well stocked, and the location is perfect - directly across the street from a beach access with no parking lot, so this part of the beach is not overly crowded, even on high demand 4th of July. We would stay here again.

Overall a great stay!

Only 2 concerns. 1. Room with single bed has a full bed, not a queen. It is not consistently described on the web site. I was thinking it was a queen. 2. The coffee pot is a drip pot and there were no filters. Need the basic filters and not the cone filters. When I reached out to the Rental Co. they did not know what kind of coffee pot was there. It is helpful to know ahead of time. Basically our stay was great and the rental co. was very responsive.

Holiday weekend

We greatly appreciated the space of this home. The bedrooms were very large and the living area accommodated our full group easily. The kitchen was well stocked making it easy to make meals. The direct beach access across the street was very convenient.

Would rent again!

Our trip included myself, mom and sister-in-law to visit my daughter who attends C of C. We all agreed this was a great house for us. The three of us each had our own bedroom with adjoining bath. Our daughter and a friend joined us for some overnights and we easily hosted "family dinner" for them. Kitchen had plenty of dishes to prepare meals for a larger group and a beautiful wood dining table for games post-dinner. Laundry facilities kept the packing light. It's less than one mile walk to downtown Folly Beach and has public access to the beach across the street. Could not have asked for a better location! We were there during Hurricane Helene and were without power for almost 12 hours. While the rental company could not do anything about that, they did respond to my texts and were very easy to communicate with. I do wish they had flashlights available for renters for this situation. I was trying to conserve my cell phone battery so was reluctant to use the phone flashlight and unable to find flashlights. Another detail to add to the wish list is to have beach towels for us to use. We were notified in advance that they didn't provide them so we had to pack our own which was clunky traveling via plane. Please don't let these minor details deter you from renting. It's a great set-up for many people with comfy beds, couches and porch chairs.

Family beach vacation

First I’ll start with the negatives. 1. The chairs for the dining room need to be replaced. The middles are all broken down and very uncomfortable to sit in. 2. The front steps to get into the house can be difficult for someone with mobility issues, but we knew this going in. Now for the positives, which drastically outweigh the negatives. 1. The location. The beach is right across the street and a cross walk to the beach is right by the house. It was wonderful to be able to go for a morning beach walk and break up the beach day a few hours at a time. With the proximity to the beach, we were able to back to the house for food and the bathroom. Given this was a family beach vacation, location was the most important thing and this house delivered! 2. The house is very clean. I have rented from Vrbo a lot and a clean house is the most important thing for me. This house was the cleanest we have ever stayed in. 3. The house is very well equipped. Plenty of kitchen stock, very generous with paper products and laundry/dish cleaning supplies. Plenty of pillows for the beds, so everyone can pick the right one for them. 4. The main area of Folly with shops and restaurants is within walking distance and we also rented a golf cart for those that didn’t want to walk. Restaurants were all delicious! Bert’s is great for convenience, but very expensive, so I would recommend shopping at Publix off the island. 5. The management company was great! Very responsive! Loved this house!!!

Perfect Location

The house is located a quick walk from the beach which is perfect with families with children. The center street shopping is a short walk (less than 1/2 mile). House has large rooms and a very generous kitchen.

Nice Stay

The house is very conveniently located, just a few steps from the beach. The spacious layout of the home suited our family really well and we enjoyed cooking, eating, and hanging out together. The front porch was nice for relaxing and reading a book.

Excellent house

We loved this house. You can see ocean views out of most of the windows. It is directly across from the beach access. You can tell the owners loves this house. The furniture is very nice, and it's stocked with everything you need. It was also very clean. We come to Folly several times a year and stay in different homes. This one may just be our fav!

Wedding Stay

Rented this property for a family wedding in Charleston. Excellent accommodations, beach access right across the street, 10 minute walk to downtown Folly and 25 minute drive to Charleston. We had family in from Europe and they loved the place.

Excellent Family Place to Stay

Overall this is an excellent house. We had 10 people in our party ranging from teenagers to grandparents in their 80’s and there was plenty of room for everyone. One bedroom on the main level and 4 BR on the upper level. Two bathrooms on the upper level with 4 BR takes some scheduling for everyone to use but nothing can be done for that. There are ocean views but for clarification you are looking over another house across the street and the only really good view is from the upper balcony off the master BR. I say this only for clarification for others looking at the house, not as a downgrade on the property. The kitchen and living room are very spacious and comfortable. The TV situation could use some upgrading. I know that watching TV is not the main reason you go to the beach but the weather was not great while we were there so TV watching would have been a nice distraction. It is not clear on the description so I want to let other viewers know there is only one TV in the house and it’s in the living room. Only local channels can be viewed and the reception on those channels was spotty at times. Again, not a complaint but more for informational purposes for others interested in renting. The house is five blocks from the center of Folly Beach’s bar & restaurant scene. One nice addition would have been access to the elevator since we had several senior citizens that had difficulty with the stairs. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the house. I would recommend this to any large group. I just wanted to point out the few things that I would think others looking at the house would want to know.

Family vacation

We loved this house. The owners do an amazing job maintaining it and stocking it. The beach is literally across the road. The town of Folly is close but not too close. It is quiet but in a few minutes you can be at all the restaurants and shops. The house had everything we needed. If we had to criticize something it would only be the dryer. We had six kids in the house and with all the beach towels the dryer was struggling. (That is literally the only thing we could critique) Thanks for a great week! Jennifer and Jason

Fun in Folly.

Folly jolly

We had a great time. The house suited us perfectly. It’s was very convenient to the beach and to the few restaurants and shops. Only the amount of stairs were a little much for my parents and the two little ones. I considered it a good exercise program!! I would definitely stay here agian.

Work Getaway - offsite meetings

Property was as advertised. Easy beach access, plenty of rooms, amenities, etc. Closed out a work trip with time at beach and off-site collaborative meetings. Plenty of space for parking - house was equipped with nice appliances, two bbq grills and plenty of room to enjoy vacation and make yourself at home.

Nice house & Great response from the rental management company

We had some issues about air conditioning thermostats and the rental company was quick to respond. The house was clean and much roomier than the pictures showed on the website. Loved our stay and hope to be back soon!!

Incredible time on Folly
