Välkommen till "Sandy Kinnar" på Folly Beach! Detta hem byggdes för den perfekta stranden semester! Hemmet har 5 sovrum, 3 fulla bad och många däck för att njuta av havsbrisen. Taket däck innehåller vacker havsutsikt och pittoreska soluppsättningar. Den inhägnade gården är perfekt för familjen husdjur som är välkommen att njuta av Folly Beach också! Vi accepterar gärna alla husdjur och har inga rasenrestriktioner så att alla kan njuta av stranden! Bara en kort promenad till stranden är bra för familjer och bara en kort cykeltur till Center Street 916 East Arctic kommer att bli ett repeterande semestermål för kommande år!

På övervåningen finns ett stort vardagsrum med plattskärms-tv och gott om sittplatser för familjen. Ägarna har lagt till alla sina personliga detaljer med kreativt konstverk för att ge hemmet en fantastisk kustkänsla. På översta våningen finns sovrummet med queen size-säng och bifogad master bad med duschkabin. Det andra sovrummet på övervåningen har queen size-s��ng. Köket är perfekt för underhållning med centrala ön, stort matbord och tillgång till veranda med uteservering. På gården ingår också en kolgrill för gäster att njuta av. Uppgraderade apparater i köket är perfekta för även den mest kräsna familjekocken.

Nedervåningen har tre sovrum, två med queen size-sängar och ett barnrum med två tvillingar. Vardagsrummet nere har platt-tv för att ge till vardagsrum med underhållningsalternativ. Vardagsrummet inkluderar även dubbelsäng för ytterligare sovande alternativ.

Folly Beach är ett mycket djurvänligt samhälle med många restauranger och butiker som öppnar sina utomhusområden till våra fyrbenta vänner. Ligger på några miles från historiska downtown Charleston en vecka kan inte vara tillräckligt lång för att njuta av alla 916 East Arctic och South Carolina Lowcoutry har att erbjuda. Hemmet ligger på en lugn envägsgata som är perfekt för cykling och promenader.

Sandy Feet Delight

This was a spacious and clean property located closely to beach access. Our group of women over the age of 50 loved our stay and the rooftop provided a fun atmosphere while taking on beautiful views of the ocean! This property provides the PERFECT accommodations and is highly recommended!

Great Spot for a larger group

Perfect for our family over Thanksgiving. Kids rooms in the basement were perfect, location is about a mile walk to the restaurants which was fine. Super safe and the neighbors are great. Would definitely come again.

Came to Folly Beach for the first time. The location of the house was great, proximity to beach was fabulous, Had 8 adults and an 11 month old. House was plenty spacious and furnishings were comfortable Roof top deck was nice. A great time was had by all! Can’t wait to come back!

Great location on Folly

The location of this house is great. Right across the street from beach access. The rooftop deck is a great space. The furniture needs to be replaced and more comfortable up there. Overall the house is comfortable for a girls weekend trip. Would not be ideal for blended families.

We will be back!

We loved the house, so close to the beach, fenced in yard for the dogs, plenty of room for everyone! We loved the big dining room table and the back deck. I especially liked the screened in front porch. We do wish we were provided more toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap. With how much you pay for a visit it would be good to have extras of these items an to not have to buy more of them. The lint screen in the dryer sticks up to high and several items of clothing got holes in them so that should be fixed. Overall it was a fabulous house!!

The house was ok but had a lot of bugs roaches, large ants 3 different kinds. They were in the beds, in the sinks and everywhere. Some of our guest were bitten and one of the small childten was having nightmares. I have nerver seen anything like it. Hundreds of large ants. I feel the owner should make some kind of refund. I called the management co. and told them.

Sandy Cheeks Needs a Refresh

Sandy Cheeks needs some updating. The furniture is not as pictured in the listing. It’s a bit worn- especially the back patio and roof deck furniture- it is very worn and not especially clean. We’ve been coming to Folly for decades and are very familiar with the once in a while giant bugs that come into the house. But Sandy Cheeks had way too many. Our last night we were watching a movie in the living room and one appeared coming out of the sofa. There were quite a few each night in the lower level bedrooms. The lower level beds were quite uncomfortable- mattresses and box springs need to be replaced. On the plus side, the location is wonderful- super close to beach access. The house is stocked with lots of games and books. A refresh would make the house perfect.

April in Folly!

This is our 4th Trip to Charleston/Folly Beach in the last 2 years. Both of our sons moved to the area after college. We have thoroughly enjoyed visiting the area and definitely recommend the gorgeous weather April had to offer!! This rental offered a great space for the family to spread out. It was a couple of miles from Center Street (and all of the restaurants,bars and shops). However, we rented a 6 person golf cart which made getting around very easy. You will absolutely want to take advantage of the availability of golf carts to make getting around (and parking) MUCH easier. This property is older and needs a little TLC. It’s showing the signs of having been rented for many years - damage to the drywall in various areas, screen doors that need to be replaced, a couch that was covered in stains, etc. The small fan in the first bedroom (on the main level) was coated in dirt. The home needs to be deep cleaned. The floors were filthy. I say all of this while also recognizing this is a beach property which can make it more challenging to keep clean. At the end of the day, we had a wonderful time and created great memories. We will absolutely return … but we’ll stay in a different rental next time.

We can’t wait to come back for a third time!

This was our second time staying here and we still love it. The house sleeps several people , and there is room for everyone to spread out when they need a little quiet time. Great place for our dogs. Very pet friendly, clean and a very short walk to the beach. We look forward to returning soon.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Sandy Cheeks. The short walk to the beach was convenient. There are nice outdoor areas - front screened porch, ocean view upper deck, back deck eating table, fenced back yard picnic table. It was very convenient to have a hose in the front yard and a hose as well as a warm shower in the backyard!

Awesome week here!

This house was perfect for a week in Folly, especially if you love being on the beach! I’ve been to Folly Beach several times, and I will say that the distance from Center Street was one of the only things I didn’t like about this house. I walked it, but it was about 1.25 miles each way. Otherwise the house is great! If you’re here looking for the laundry, it’s outside on the deck! I had to email to ask about it! We only experienced one other issue, and I won’t mention it, as the property management company resolved the issue quickly. The house is definitely a little dated, but there is nothing wrong with it - just could use some updates. The beach is steps from this house, there is an outdoor shower to rinse your feet, the rooftop deck has amazing views, and there was plenty of parking (if you’re bringing multiple families). I loved it here!
