“Extremely clean hotel!! Hotel staff was amazing!! Great location to everything!”

“The rooms were clean and all the staff was very friendly.”

“The general manager was extremely adept and persistent in resolving issues with Expedia dropping the ball with respect to our reservations. The front desk staff were attentive, friendly and helpful.”

“Perfect stay for our family when exploring Charleston. Very helpful staff. Great breakfast, exactly what we like. Clean and spacious room. Only 10-15 min from downtown with car.”

“The hotel would be a good hotel but it needs some renovation. There was a strange smell in the elevator and in our room. The seats covers in the dining room were peeling off.”

“Easy to stay, closer to the airport and really nice staff”

“The room was clean the staff was very nice and useful in helping letting you know where eating placing are and the best time to check out to avoid heavy traffic. I recommend this place to travelers.”

“The property is extremely well maintained and clean. There's a happy hour with 2 complimentary cocktails and snacks. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area and look for embassy suites when booking future hotels.”

“For the prices they charge, they could at least offer breakfast. There are no stores in walking distance so if you wanted something to drink or a snack, the prices at the hotel were hefty. The hotel was very clean and the staff was courteous. The location was perfect for us because we were there to visit our grandson for his birthday and the hotel was located right next door to his apartment.”

“Hotel was very unkept and needs much improvement from the outside as well as inside.”
