Charming cozy cottage with a lovely front porch to enjoy the beautiful landscaping and summer sun. Access to kayaks for adventures on Ninigret Pond, and just a 10 minute walk to the town beach. Air conditioning, kitchenette, full bath, driveway.

Studio layout with one double bed, could accommodate a small child or two if you bring your own pack-and-play or mat / mattress.

Loved the cozy cottage. Great proximity to the beach and restaurants for a simple weekend getaway to enjoy Charlestown.

Property could use a little more amenities. Beautiful coffee press but no coffee. There was no television but had surround sound. There were plates, bowls and 2 coffee cups but only a microwave, toaster oven and hot water pot. Bathroom could use some attention. Towel rack kept falling off. HOA rules are extremely strict. There was no access to the pond except by kayak. It was an okay last minute rental

The Most Perfect Getaway Cottage!

I can't say enough about how perfect this cottage and it's location are! I came by myself, a friend met me a few days later, and it was lovely! I felt safe, close to everything (shopping, coffee, the beach, the Pond!), and the cottage was perfect. I was able to leave my paddle board down by the Pond, allowing me to paddle every morning. The beach was a short ten minute walk away, which was perfect. I brought my bike and the riding was gorgrous. Charlestown Beach is the most beautiful beach ,and this cottage was the perfect place to say.I will be back again and again!

Beach Dreams Come True

Myself and daughter traveled from landlocked, aside from Hudson River, Troy NY in the upstate capital region. We were joined, unexpectedly, by two of her classmates who were in Narraganset as break from their summer studies at Endicot. The short jaunt to the beach provided a gentle and quiet respite for me as I worked on the preliminary work on my second novel. The neighborhood was a beauty and the house quaint and terrific with rustic seafaring charm. One issue, having nothing to do with the cottage or accommodations, was the speed that vehicles travel down Charlestown Beach Rd. There is no sidewalk and some drivers seemed oblivious to pedestrian traffic trying to walk to the beach or to the stores. The stay was lovely, we thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations.

Beach Getaway

The cottage was very clean, the bed was comfy, and the location close enough to walk or ride bikes to the beach easily. The lack of a kitchen limited what we could cook so we ended up going out for meals. Communication with property owner was excellent as was check in and check out.

Great location

We stayed at this property for 4 days/3 nights. The location was terrific. The beach was great and was within a reasonable walking distance. There were also great dining options and other things to see and do within a short drive (~15 min). Overall I'd recommend a stay here.

Great beach stay!

Cute, clean little cottage, super close to beach and pond access for kayaking. Location couldn't have been better! Host was welcoming, accommodating, and maintained our privacy. Parking was convenient, just outside the door.

Excellent beach cottage stay

Great location with easy walk/bike to the beach or drive to local sights. Comfortable set-up that was homey and personal. Seth and his family were absolutely lovely, warm, and thoughtful. We felt welcomed as if we were staying with close family or friends but had plenty of privacy. Would love to plan a return visit!
