This unit was very clean and comfortable. We loved the fireplace and view of the water. It had all the amenities we wanted. We would stay there again. We were disappointed that the hot tub was under repair and the one treadmill was broken - we understand that can happen though.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay here. The staff was super friendly, the condo was very clean, and it actually looked even nicer than the photos. The view was beautiful — we loved watching the sunrise — and the fireplace made the space feel cozy and inviting. We were only there for one night, but it was perfect for our needs, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Great location!

We had a great stay and the view was perfect! It was so nice to have the extra window to see downtown and the great view of Round Lake and bridge. Very clean, spacious, small but nice balcony and great location! Would stay again and recommend!

Absolutely phenomenal location, less than 50 feet away from downtown’s Front Street that has a number of restaurants, bars and quality boutique’s. The space is clean, welcoming and has a great view of the Charlevoix Drawbridge from the private balcony.

The rooms are clean and quiet. Negatives: Mirrors all over the bedroom were a bit out of place and just an odd choice, as was the mini fridge. Otherwise, the kitchen was great.
