We really enjoyed our stay! Our room was very clean. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable. Having a view of the water was so nice! The view itself is pretty and we also got to see a lot of boats go by. It was easy parking and checking in. The person working at the front desk was friendly and helpful. There were shops and restaurants just across the bridge within walking distance. Overall it was just a very nice place to stay.

Exceptional Experience and Rental Team

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Short Version: We loved it!Long Version: I have watched the Charlevoix webcam from across the bridge, and always thought that it would be great to stay at Edgewater. Their website allowed us to check each available unit. We chose the unit and reserved two days. Medical issue arose, and we needed to delay the trip by a couple of weeks. Since the unit would be available, they seamlessly moved the reservation. We then added a 3rd night. The unit was clean, with a wonderful view from the balcony. Their instructions for getting new towels were clear and easy to follow. There are laundry facilities on site. We plan to return, so that says it all. Management company team were all professional and friendly.

235 Edgewater Inn Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented this unit twice and the only real complaint that we have is that the mattress needs to be replaced. It's very uncomfortable and the 3 inch memory foam topper doesn't help.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Other than being quite expensive, the patio door glass was quite streaky and smudgy. Clean cloths and vinegar for this primary feature, please. Room also needs a few larger drinking glasses and reclining deck chairs.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing view that cannot be beat. However, the room smelled musty like floor water damage in kitchen? Toilet in bath had a nasty ring around it, and a bed matress that had a huge hump in the middle( needs to be replaced)! Everything else was great!

Cozy condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was everything needed for a nice family getaway. The convenience of location was outstanding right in the middle of downtown so shopping, eating, and the water were just a short walk. The views on the balcony were gorgeous the young children that traveled with us loved watching the bridge go up and down when boats were coming through the canal. The fireplace was the perfect touch for the chilly weather that we experienced and made staying inside a little easier. It felt very clean and well taken care of.

Always nice to be in Charlevoix.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was nice we turned down the refrigerator to the lowest setting and it still kept freezing everything you put in it. Not very handy. The micro did not work. TV still to small for the unit but we enjoy where the condo is located. I am from Clarkston MI not Carston.
