Otrolig utsikt över hamnen i Round Lake, i hjärtat av centrala Charlevoix. Denna nautiska lägenhet har 2 sovrum, 2 badrum, 9 'tak, golvvärme och hiss. Bara några steg till New Marina and Park, promenad till restauranger, shopping, Farmers Market och Charlevoix vackra stränder! Se spektakulära venetianska fyrverkerier, båtar och soluppgångar från det slutna däck! Uppvärmt garage gör parkering i stan snabbt. Parkera bilen och gå överallt. Stranden är en vacker promenad nerför Pine River Channel till fyren utan att gå ner på en stadsgata. Det finns inte en bättre plats i Charlevoix.

East Park ligger i hjärtat av Charlevoix centrum och ligger 50 meter från ytterdörren till lägenheten. Parken renoverades 2008 och är vackert bevarad och den perfekta platsen för en familjepicknick eller samhällsevenemang. East Park ligger mellan shoppingcentret och Round Lake Yacht-bassängen och har Odmark Music Pavilion där Summer Concert Series äger rum. Ta med en handduk eftersom barn i alla åldrar kommer att njuta av att svalka sig i Fountain of Youth, en 30-tums uppvärmd interaktiv vattenbrunn med flera vattenmunstycken och koreograferad belysning och musik. East Park Trout Habitat är dessutom ett fullt fungerande öringsekosystem. Livsmiljön är utformad för att replikera förhållandena som finns i en norra Michigan öringström.

This rental was more than you would expect. Completely well stocked kitchen (even tho we did not eat/cook in the rental if needed it was available. Very clean & beautiful. Convenient & close to everything. We parked & never drove anywhere all weekend. My only suggestion would be to have more information on parking. (The garage space was tight for Toyota Tundra & street parking would have cost way more if we didn't get to park in the garage) smaller vehicle would have been way more convenient.

A great family get away!!

The place was exactly as it says! Super close to so much ! The place itself is big and nice! The walk to the pier was close and my kids enjoyed fishing and walking around the shops ! The area was beautiful ! Everything was amazing and we will be back! Garage is a perk/ we did have a large truck that didn’t fit but if your car does fit , it helps a ton! Totally recommend this property !

Beautiful Setting- comfy condo

The condo was lovely, well equipped and clean with a wonderful view of Round Lake. We are frequent visitors to the area and made good use of the condo's central location to many of the activities we enjoy. We came for a family reunion. Our only concern is that the condo was listed as "accessible" (my only search factor). The owner advised us of a step to get to the elevator but it was more than a regular step and would have been impossible to negotiate with a wheelchair. Closer inspection of the photos showed that the bathrooms could not be made accessible for someone requiring assistance with transfers. I was prepared to bring a shower chair and potty raiser to make it work, but the shower door would have prevented assisted transfers. For this and other reasons, my husband opted out of the trip.

Condo was exactly as described. Location couldn't be better. Enjoyed the three season room. King bed very comfortable.very spacious. Our small truck did fit in the garage. A large one could be a challenge. Thanks for a great stay

Boyne Thunder Weekend on Round Lake!

This place was the perfect location to take in all excitement in Round Lake for Boyne Thunder! We kept our boat at the Charlevoix City Marina which is just steps away. The location to downtown Charlevoix can’t be beat. Everything is within walking distance(grocery store/coffee shop/party store/restaurants). We enjoyed waking up every morning and drinking our coffee on the patio, watching boats come and go as the sun came up over Round Lake. After breakfast we would head out to the boat. We would come back and grill/make dinner at the condo before heading out for a sunset cruise out on Lake MI or to town for a few drinks. The condo has great views of Round Lake from the living room, kitchen, patio and master bedroom. I believe the pictures on VRBO do not do it justice. Tall ceilings and spacious rooms makes this condo feel quite large and luxury! The host was quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had both before and during our stay. My only suggestion/heads up would be: a few more options for cooking/frying pans in the kitchen. A few times we went to sauté veggies or cook breakfast and we had to use multiple smaller pans in order to fit everything. If you have a larger truck, it will not fit in the garage. This was not an issue for us as the marina provided free parking several blocks away. However there was a couple times throughout the week where we had wished we could park closer. These were not deal breakers. We would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely Lakeside Lodging

The unit far exceeded expectations -- it was much bigger than it appeared in the pictures, was in the best location in town, and had an amazing view (and all-weather room to enjoy it in!). A fully-stocked kitchen, prime garage parking, and well-appointed decor that made us feel right at home. The host was super responsive and accomodating, and we really enjoyed our stay. Highly, highly recommend!
