  • Pointes North Inn is one of Charlevoix's unique condominium suites that book like a hotel room. Book for the condo's privacy, stay for the hospitality.

    This beautifully remodeled condo boasts beautiful wood flooring throughout, and ceiling fans with lights. In the bedroom you will find a luxurious king-size bed, a smart tv with a roku remote, modern bedside tables, a luggage rack, plenty of closet space, and a beautiful dresser so you can fully unpack to feel more at home. The living room offers a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa with bedding in the ottoman, a cozy arm chair, large smart tv with a roku remote, and beautiful side tables. There is also a glass top dining room table that seats 2. The kitchenette offers a 12 cup coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, and built in sink with a granite countertop. In the handy coat closet you will find an iron with an ironing board, broom, and an oscillating fan.The large bathroom offers a jet tub, a low barrier tiled walk-in shower and separate toilet room with grab bars, the beautiful vanity provides additional storage. In addition to the fabulous interior, through the sliding glass door you will find a 4 person seating arrangement on the large screened in porch! No need to worry about privacy, the screen door locks and the curtains close fully.
    We provide towels and mini soaps for your use, and limited daily housekeeping services. Be sure to ask the front desk if you need a playpen or high-chair if you have a little one.

    Pointes North Inn has high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building and coin-operated laundry on the second floor. The lobby area has seating which overlooks the heated indoor/outdoor pool. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Lipstick on a pig? This property is somehow renovated and falling apart at the same time. From missing panels on the wall of the pool outside, trim falling apart from mold and rot, doors that won't stay shut because the doors are uneven, fans missing pull chains, dirty everything, a fridge that was missing the door, floor slats with gaps, exposed hols in the wall, walls not clean, check in links not working, and so much more!

Loved it!

Everything about this stay was amazing from Heather at the front room to my beautiful, clean room to the beauty of Charlevoix. I would definitely stay here again. Had fun playing pickleball with the wonderful Charlevoix group of people. Loved it.

A perfect Anniversary Weekend

The location of this VRBO is unbeatable. You are right downtown Charlevoix! Super comfortable bed (we are actually going to find one and get it at home). Updates were great. We enjoyed our stay. We will most likely be back. Wifi was a little slow for some work that needed to be done when you are on the patio.

Great Location

Perfect location for walking to all of downtown Charlevoix. The only reason for 3 stars is the unit is not very user friendly (ex: small vanity, no shelves & only 1 towel hook, one outlet by the bed was directly behind & in the center of the bed—you would have to crawl under the bed to access it).

Comfortable king size bed.Bedroom AC didn't keep the room cool and better blackout curtains needed to keep the light from the outside hallway out. Most of the employees were really kind. That was the best part. The room and the pool need a lot of work and upgrades. When I reserved our room online and the room looked so inviting than in person. The outside wall of the shower was cracking and falling apart. From the online pictures, I was so excited to have a Jacuzzi bathtub for my husband. Upon seeing it in person it was very disappointing. I really expected a better experience.

I was surprised to find numerous items of trash under the Master bed (including an inappropriate item), and when I raised the issue with the front desk, there was no reaction or apology. We will not be staying here again.

Great location. However, the bedroom window was the condo hallway which was bright all night long. We had to turn the furnace off because it was way too hot to sleep. Had to open the slider to cool off the condo, but wasn’t successful. Super unfortunate about the water in shower. Took such a longtime to get warm and never got hot.

Wall half painted where air conditioner was replaced.Patio had a ladder, utility knife, caulk gun, nails and was dusty from the work. TV fell off the wall the first night and a glass shelf fell off the second night. Both during the night, which scared us out of our sleep. Property manager was very helpful and went above and beyond to make it right.
