Great location and very accurate description. The only thing was the actual building the condo was located in was a little rundown. The condo itself was great!

Good location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location in the summer when it is so busy downtown! This condo needs the rug washed, it was filthy. The cool air vent in the main floor bedroom is hung upside down providing a view of the hole in the wall from the bed. Easy fix!

The location of this property cannot be beat, we were within a few minutes walk of downtown, restaurants, and the beach. The pool was great for our daughter and we appreciated the cozy beds. Would definitely return here if we are able to visit Charlevoix again!

April stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy to access; condo in very good shape/clean. We found everything we needed. Easy parking. Front desk staff very helpful, as a glitch prevented me getting email details. I was able to talk to a live person on a Sunday morning!!!! Excellent location to our event and good food.

We stayed 4 nights in this VRBO and shared it with another couple. It has a great location because restaurants, shops, and beautiful Round Lake and Lake Michigan are all within easy walking distance. And the Charlevoix lift bridge is just down the street. The only slight problem with the location is that the VRBO is right on US 31 so there is some truck noise during the week (but less on weekends.) Another slight negative is that the air conditioner is a mini-split wall unit located in the living room so, on a hot day, the first floor bedroom does not cool off unless the bedroom door is left open. The kitchen is small but, with all the nice restaurants in town, we did not cook a full meal in the kitchen. We would use this VRBO again.
