“The room was smaller than expected but fortunately we were only staying one night. The room didn’t seem to have enough insulation and it was a cold, windy night when we arrived. The heating system worked great but the bathroom remained cold even with the door left open. It was easy to complete the check-in process and receive our door code. The only suggestions I would make is for more areas in the bathroom for supplies, maybe a small shelf and more drinking cups, only 2 were provided.”

“The staff was kind to move us from second floor to first when I told them that I had trouble with steps - there’s no elevator. There was also no breakfast and we received only one tiny sliver of soap for a two day stay. No clean towels on the second day.”
