Our central location puts you steps from everything Uptown has to offer, and like any vibrant city neighborhood, comes with the lively sounds of the city. We recommend a white noise app for light sleepers who prefer a quieter rest.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND OUR FRIENDLY HOUSE RULES:

1. No smoking in-unit or balcony. $1,000 fee will be applied if any smoking evidence.

2. No parties allowed - strictly enforced. $1,000 fee will be applied if any partying evidence.

3. Quiet hours are 10:00pm - 7:00am.

4. Be respectful of all common areas.

5. Report any damage immediately.

GENERAL INFO:

- Please do not mail any packages to the property.

- Per building policy, we can provide only one parking pass per apartment.

- If the parking pass or the key fob provided is lost, there will be a $250 replacement fee for each.

- Early check-in is available from 12:00 - 1:59 PM for $60 or 2:00 - 3:59 PM for $30, based on availability—just check with us the day before your arrival.
