Family-Friendly Mint Hill Retreat

We take pride and joy in offering a wonderful, comfortable, new construction home to our guests. This house has two bedrooms- one is equipped with a queen size bed, and the other one a full size bed. Both have new 100% cotton bedding, with feather filled duvets and down alternative pillows. The third bedroom has a custom, solid wood desk with a counter height stool ready for the avid professional needing an efficient workspace. This room is also a very cute playroom equipped with high quality, solid wood toys to keep the little ones entertained! The master bedroom has a private bathroom and the second bedroom has a bathroom located in the hallway equipped with a bathtub. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. We provide laundry detergent, towels, and all starter essentials for your stay.

The house is located on a slope, there are five steps leading to the house. The road leading to the house is gravel. The house sits on .67 acres and the feel is very comfortable. It is located in the town of Mint Hill about 8 min from I-485 (beltway around Charlotte) with proximity to everything, including Charlotte and Midland, Matthews, and many others.

We stay true to the utmost personalized guest experience. We are creatives who specialize in hospitality, and sharing a safe space for others when they travel. If you have any questions or concerns during your stay please practice communication. If you do not communicate your concerns to us during your stay we have no way of helping make your experience better!

Our guests will have access to the entire house, however, the backyard is off limits due to vegetation growing in the back to prevent erosion. There are two chairs outside located in the back porch.

Parties and smoking inside the house are strictly prohibited

Check in begins at 3pm and checkout is at 10am. Please adhere to these times. It can completely disrupt and throw off our entire day if you arrive earlier than scheduled or check out late. We work hard to keep the space immaculate for our guests and we have a cleaning crew scheduled after every stay. Please be considerate.

Strong Wifi access and smart television offers YouTube access and other apps. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, and microwave. Feel free to cook at your hearts desire! Coffee maker is typically stocked with a variety of coffee.

Towels are located in the bathroom cabinets and dishes will be available for your use in the kitchen as well as small pots, tea kettle, coffee maker, coffee, and forks and spoons. If you need anything else please let us know in advance and we will try to meet your needs.

Our house has a lot of heart, soul, and hard work put into it. Once you walk through the door and into the house, you will have all the privacy and feel of a new construction home.

32 minutes to Carowinds (Amusement Park). Their thriller rides are amazing and offer family activities through winter including their WinterFest, light displays, ice skating and marshmallow roasting.
