Unit is located in basement. Owners were upstairs entire stay which was not clear in the listing. Owners had young child who was very active making noise on floor above us. Encourage owners to more explicitly state living arrangement in listing. Pictures were a little misleading. View of “lake” was only end of finger and a couple houses. Would not book again.

This was a nice property in a beautiful cove. Our teens loved the air hockey table and the kayaks. Very largel cozy living room and kitchen area.

Girls trip

We had a wonderful stay on the cove. Everything was so clean and the owners were amazing. The property was well stocked with what we needed. The owners responded quickly to any requests. We enjoyed the quiet lake, restaurants and shopping. We will be back!

Graduation trip

This was the perfect getaway. We had plams in Charlotte and the surrounding area. My kids loved playing ping pong and pool. We utilized the Kayaks. It was sad we didn't utilized more time because the lake was beautiful! Wonderful hosts and great communication.

Perfect Getaway

This stay was a surprise for my husband and his friend. The location was perfect. They enjoyed being on the water. They used most of the amenities (pool table, ping pong, kayaks) The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone looking to have a relaxing fun weekend on Lake Norman!!

Has many things to play pool-table,ping pong,air hockey we played all of them so if you have kids this is the place for you.Has hot tub that was nice.People responded quickly to questions.kitchen could use a little more stocking we ran out of dish soap could use some baggies aluminum foil,dish rag or sponge to wash dishes.The bathroom shower is not to safe as it sits on platform with big step up and big step down not safe for older people or kids.A little noisey since owners live upstairs.Cove at times can have lot of debris.We still had a nice relaxing time we cought many catfish so if your a fisherman it’s a good place to fish.overall I give this place a 4 out of 5.

Perfect Home Away from Home

We stayed here this past weekend. We were in town for my son’s soccer tournament. Beautiful property, very spacious and right off the lake. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable; was just what we needed. Owners are super friendly! We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Just right for a weekend getaway with the wife!

Everything was just as we expected it to be with the descriptions given. We really enjoyed being able to come in after exploring the area all day, and shoot a few games of pool, watch a movie, and settle in for the night.. The hot tub was a super nice bonus! Being on the lake is one of our favorite places to be. FYI: Some good places to eat; Big Daddy's Restaurant and Oyster Bar, Lineberger's Cattle Company Steakhouse & Saloon, and Butcher Boy Cafe. Plenty more to choose from! We would stay there again.

Peaceful

My friend and I came down for a few days to golf and enjoy the lake. This was a great spot to relax after a long round. We kayaked and enjoyed the amazing hot tub every evening. It is a very peaceful spot on the water. The host is very friendly and accommodating.

PERFECT place to stay at Lake Norman

This property is perfect for a Lake Norman vacation. There are tons of amenities both inside and outside the property. The lakefront location is ideal for enjoying the water, plus there are grocery stores, restaurants, and fast food places within 10-15 minutes.

Hot Tub was not usable
