The location is perfect for those who need to be near the hospital. I felt pretty safe here as well. I did not like the virtual front desk system, because I’d rather talk with an actual person and know someone is available to handle any issues. But I WOULD stay here again. The bed was VERY comfortable and the even the pillows were perfect. That NEVER happens. My sister was staying downstairs and her curtains didn’t even come close to closing. We had to rig up something to cover it as best we could. Other than that and something weird with the exhaust fan, it was great. I do hate the art, but that’s just personal taste. (Why would a woman be laying in a plate of spaghetti with someone pouring sauce on her?) For a tiny space, everything is well thought out. I would recommend them getting better chairs, a second chair or a little couch for the rooms. The kitchen had everything a person would need. Someone had taken the hook near the sink off in my bathroom, but it just meant being more creative with hand towel placement. I felt like the place was really clean as well. My mom has cancer so I will probably be staying here again for her future surgeries and treatment.
