Newly renovated and new to the rental market in 2022.

Enjoy the views from inside and out at this luxurious lake front home. This beautifully updated home is in the perfect location in a quiet cove on Lake Norman.

This home offers deck and covered patio seating, a private dock and beautiful lake front views. Enjoy time on the water or relaxing indoors - this home has it all!

This large private retreat is uniquely located for privacy while still being close to everything on Hwy 150. Drive only 2.7 miles to a Harris Teeter and you do not have to get on Hwy 150 to access it. It is around 4.5 miles to Target (along with all the restaurants and businesses on Hwy 150).

The upstairs has a full bath and 2 bedrooms (Q and K). It also has a play room/gaming room with a large TV.

The main level has the main kitchen, living room, dining room, half bath and the primary bedroom with the extra large spa bathroom.
The walkout basement has one fully stocked second full kitchen, full bath, living room, one spacious king bedroom, and one bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 twins). The living room has two TVs, a premium foosball table, and a bubble hockey game. It walks out into the fenced flat back yard with a fire pit. The basement also has a yoga/exercise room (no equipment provided).

The steps to the dock are new, have lights, and aluminum rails on both sides. Enjoy the GIANT deck at the main house or the sitting deck near the dock. Swim or kayak off the dock in the calm cove. Kayaks provided - life jackets at the home.

The deck, steps, and dock are all new with premium composite products. No WORRIES ABOUT SPLINTERS!!

Other things to note:
The dock and lake patio have a more restrictive noise policy. We ask that those spaces have quiet hours (conversation level only) from 9pm-8am. No yelling or music. Sound on the water disturbs the neighbors. The house is more secluded than the dock. Please always consider the neighbors who live in the area full-time.

Second - if you rent or bring a boat, please be respectful of the cove. That means idle speeds through the cove with no wake.

Great house and location. The cove is very quiet but just a short boat ride to a low traffic area perfect for boating with kids. The house was clean, well stocked and the perfect layout for our group. We really enjoyed the seating area by the dock, the paddle boards and kayaks provided and the proximity to the marina and lakeside restaurants.

Beautiful and well maintined property. Great, quiet location. Host was responsive. Only note is there is one full bathroom on each floor, so if you're using multiple bedrooms, you will need to share with other guests.

The house is amazing! Very, very clean and organized! Wonderful dock and easy to get in and out. Quiet cove area with great lake access. Super close to restaurants on the lake as well! Highly recommend this house!

Home away from home

We had an extended stay here on the lake while our home was remodeled. Wonderful house, great views, peaceful, pretty at night with the lights bouncing off the lake. The owners are quick to respond, just a great experience.

Family on the lake

We had a wonderful two week stay. The house was perfect for us grandparents with our two kids’ families. The house and rooms are spacious, and we each had a floor which kept the peace. The kids had so much fun in the lake. The cove is very calm and the dock is wonderful for lounging - especially in the afternoon shade. Everyone enjoyed the kayaks and SUPs. The water was warm but refreshing. Not too deep. We had a boat too which made for more fun. The kitchen is VERY well equipped. Loved that there were plentiful dishes/glasses/utensils. I’ve never seen so many in a rental. Having two refrigerators made shopping much more convenient. The street is a dead end and there isn’t a lot of traffic, but there is some. We walked or ran it everyday and felt safe. Drivers were polite. There are some homes being built in the neighborhood, so occasionally heard construction noise, but also really enjoyed hearing the birds and the quiet. The deck is very private and a peaceful place to enjoy morning coffee and reading. The fenced yard wasn’t secure enough for our dog because of the deck, but we were able to rectify. The host was a great communicator. The location was very convenient to shopping, and Costco is only 15 minutes away! On our only rainy day (partial) we went to the Children’s Discovery Museum in Huntersville and it was a hit with the grandkids, ages 1-9. We had identified more things to do with them in the area, but they had so much fun at the rental, we just stayed “home”.

A perfect weekend!

We stay at a lot of properties and this ranks at the top. So many reasons why. It’s well laid out for multiple family units. We had two adult generations and the upstairs:downstairs gathering spaces were perfect for the “kids” (in their 40’s) to be downstairs and us oldsters upstairs. The kitchen had everything one needed for cooking, baking and serving. The owners thought of everything. We rented a boat (it was delivered to us) and we found life jackets, towels, and noodles for a large group. The beds were comfortable and the towels were luxurious. We spent evenings outside enjoying the spaces provided. Everything was labeled (thank you for that.) The house was immaculate. There is a wonderful grocery store and restaurants right around the corner. The owners were amazing throughout. Quick responses, great instructions, wonderful recommendations. We highly recommend this house.

Property was in a great location! Boating is a must for your stay. Stairwell going down to lake is beautiful. Caution for elderly family members Murillo steps going to water from house. Owners were very friendly and easily accessible. Love our stay with family and would highly recommend. Local shopping l! Local boating coves and restaurants with boat fueling. No issues!!!

Graduation Escape

Our family enjoyed a great weekend, we were able to be close enough to witness my niece's graduation and have a little family time all in one trip. The house was beautiful, and the amenities were even greater. It was everything we expected and then some. As much as my family and I would love to return, this is definitely an adults or couples only thing. The calm and sereneness of the location was amazing. Enjoying my cup of coffee out on the deck was the definitely the highlight of my morning. Thank you!!
