Retreat to paradise in this luxurious home where spectacular views surround you in every room. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the lake as you unwind after a day on the water. You will be in vacation mode the minute you arrive and will be ready for all the fun that the lake and surrounding area have to offer!

Enjoy over 200 feet of shoreline, along with a double dock for your boat or jet skis. No boat? Ask us about discounts on watercraft rentals. Deep water provides great fishing and swimming right off the dock. After a day on the water relax by the wood-burning fire pit and make some s'mores!

Outside you will also find a gas fireplace, fans, a water fountain, air cooler, ping pong table, corn hole, and games for kids and the young at heart. The property offers three large master bedrooms, two living rooms, a downstairs kitchenette, two kayaks, two paddleboards, a lake mat, foosball, and more. There is also a baby gate, booster chair, and pack-n-play for the young ones. Smart TVs are in every room with a blue ray player in the downstairs living area. There is a great DVD library on site. Enjoy the gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances as well as a center island with seating for four.

Located in Sherrill's Ford you are minutes away from great dining, shopping, nightlife, and more. Take a 30-minute drive into Charlotte, and take in all the Queen City has to offer, such as world-class restaurants, Broadway theater, NFL, NBA, NASCAR, Museums, Charlotte Motor Speedway...you name it! Memorial Day Weekend
We stayed the weekend, and had an amazing time! The house is beautiful and clean, and has a ton of options for keeping busy (lake activities, games). Everything you need to cook/grill is provided, and multiple areas outside to sit and enjoy the view of the lake while eating! Will definitely be back again!

Peaceful and well-appointed
The location on a quiet cove of Lake Norman was fantastic, but also the house itself was beautiful and very up-to-date. Also located very near a Publix, Mexican Restaurant, Pizza, Dunkin' and CVS. So if you needed anything those were very close.

In Love with Lake Living!
This property exceeded our expectations. The house was spacious yet cozy, and the well-appointed kitchen and lake "toys" let us enjoy every bit of it. And the view was incredible. We enjoyed perfect sunsets and even watched fireworks over the trees one night. We will be back!

Best Girls Trip Ever
The best time with the best of friends and that wouldn’t have happened without this property. It was amazing. The dock was perfect with the lake essentials like the kayaks, paddle boards, and mat for the water! This host truly thought of everything to make it a wonderful stay.

Beautiful Home
Came in for a renunion with couple of friends. Unfortunately it was during the same time some effects of hurricane Ian was coming thru area. So was a little colder than normal and we didn't get to use lake. We were offered an opportunity to reschedule based on this, but didn't receive it until morning of check-in. The Home was gorgeous. And there was plenty of room to hunker down and weather out the night of storms. Location was good being on the lake with plenty of places near by for food/groceries. Bedrooms were nice and big with comfortable beds. Only minor complaint I have is there were quite a few floor to ceiling spiderwebs on the upper back balcony to the point it limited movement on the deck until we got them cleaned up. We had a blast would definitely stay here again.
