We created this bundle to bring together two complementary ways of staying—one designed for gathering, the other for retreat. By pairing Venetian’s expansive, shared spaces with Teeni Santorini’s intimate rooftop escape, we wanted to offer a more thoughtful way for groups to travel together without sacrificing privacy, calm, or design. It’s our answer to hosting with intention—where connection and solitude can exist side by side.

Welcome to the Venetian + Teeni Santorini Bundle, a one-of-a-kind wellness experience inspired by our European honeymoon through Italy and Greece—where slow mornings, intentional design, and restorative spaces come together across two neighboring stays. Designed to be experienced together, this bundle offers the best of both worlds: expansive shared luxury and intimate rooftop retreat.

Gather, celebrate, and connect at The Venetian’s spacious interiors, then retreat to Teeni Santorini’s calming rooftop sanctuary when you crave quiet and reset. Every detail across both spaces was designed to feel elevated, calming, and deeply intentional. Please note the pool and pool deck is closed currently.

Inside The Venetian, you’ll find elegant living spaces designed for connection and comfort. We want your stay to be as enjoyable and stress-free as possible! Please review the following guidelines carefully before booking.

Rental Agreement:

Guests must be 25+ to book (verified for security only)

A rental agreement will be provided before check-in.

As per the NC Vacation Rental Act, payment, signature, and/or taking possession of the property serves as acceptance.

The booking guest must complete the check-in form with a valid government ID. Missing or inaccurate information may result in cancellation without refund.

Additional information:

Please lock all doors and windows when leaving.

Unauthorized late departures may result in a $200 compensation

Quiet Hours:

Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.

Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. Any violation may result in a $300 compensation and termination of your stay without refund.

Pets:

Dogs only (max 2). $250

All pets must be registered before arrival. .

Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet waste around the property.

Any pet that continues to disrupt other guests and their ability to relax and enjoy their stay may result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

Free on-site parking is available.

Smoking:

Absolutely no smoking.



Damages & Conduct:

Please report any damage immediately. We know accidents happen, and we ask guests to be truthful when they do

Guests are responsible for any excessive damage caused during their stay.

Internet Use:

The Internet is provided for general use.

Trash:

Trash should fit in the outdoor bins provided.

Cancellations:

Cancellations within the cancellation window may have a 3% payment processing fee.





Please note that we do not offer streaming services such as Netflix at this property. If you’d like to use these services, you’ll need to sign in with your personal account. However, we do offer free access to channels like YouTube for your enjoyment.



Interaction with Guests:

We respect your privacy and offer contact-free check-in, but we’re always nearby if you need anything. Our team is available via messaging for quick assistance throughout your stay from 8 AM to 10 PM—whether it’s a question, recommendation, or request.



Our hot tub is professionally maintained for guest safety. If a full drain and refill are required between stays, it may take up to 48 hours to fully heat back up. We always do our best to ensure it's ready, but cleanliness is our top priority. Please keep this in mind when booking.
