A beautiful Property located only one block from the Historic Charlottetown downtown. This property is the upper part of a duplex. This location is premiere and is only 1 block from all restaurants and cultural and entertainment districts. Nestled in on a very quiet residential neighborhood yet close to all things that will make your Charlottetown experience one to remember.

Perfect location in a very quiet neighborhood in Downtown Charlottetown. Older homes and churches nearby and only a 5 minute walk to all shopping, entertainment, theater and the historic Charlottetown Waterfront.

Charlottetown is a great place to get out and walk around. Walking tours are available from the tourist information center on Water street only 2 minutes away. From the front steps of the property you can walk anywhere around the city and only 2 blocks from the Charlottetown Boardwalk and waterfront.
Also all major bus routes only steps from apartment front door.

Sadly the app wasn’t sending me messages so I was stressed about getting in. It all worked out in the end.The most difficult was a sense that it wasn’t the safest neighborhood. Loved the central location but with a burnt out house and unhoused people around making noise it was sketchy.

A lot of things need repair like the towel bar in bathroom and faucet in the kitchen. Window was not operable in front bedroom. No instructions listed for operating the heating cooling. We had to request more coffee pods. Also, Juan was communicating at first then it changed to an AI robot or something because they did not actually answer my question. The location was excellent but would never stay here again.

Family visit to PEI

We are two parents with two adult children in their early 20s. This VRBO was very comfortable for the four of us as there are three bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Also, there were two washrooms and a washer and dryer and a dishwasher. We made our meals in the well-equipped kitchen, and enjoyed being steps from downtown Charlottetown. The central location was perfect for day trips to Cavendish and the eastern points of PEI. Despite being right downtown, the unit is on a quieter street and we were not woken up by street sounds at all. The downtown location cannot be beaten!

A short stay in pei next to everything

My stay in pei was short. The place I stayed at exceeded my expectations. The property manager was in communication immediately after I booked, and while I was staying there. Would deff recommend and will stay there again.

We were visiting relatives in PEI and this was a great base. Location, cleanliness, comfort of beds, ease of communication with owner were all wonderful. Photos very accurate. We would stay here again.

Amazing location!

Had a great time in downtown Charlottetown...can't believe there are too many places to stay that are in a better location. Would give six stars if I could. As far as the property goes, easy to communicate with owner and easy access. Only negatives are that the beds aren't the most comfortable and the provided puzzles could use a refresh (missing pieces). But I'll certainly keep this property in mind should we visit PEI again!
