The property is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:
– A 50 m² living room with sofas, a TV, a fireplace and a dining area for 12 people.
– A fully equipped kitchen with views of the countryside, including: an electric kettle, a toaster, a Nespresso machine and a filter coffee machine, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, hobs…
– Bedroom 1: two single beds pushed together (180x190) and a TV.
– Bedroom 2: two single beds pushed together (180x190)
– A shower room.
– A separate toilet.

Upstairs:
– Bedrooms 3 and 4: each with two single beds pushed together (180x190) and another single bed (90x190).
– Bedroom 5: with two single beds (90x190).
– A shower room.
– A separate toilet.

The single beds can be separated on request before your arrival; please contact the property manager.

In the basement:
- A leisure area with a table tennis table and a darts set available all year round.

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, 2 washing machines, ironing board and iron.

– The holiday cottage is equipped with a beer tap. Several beers are available. The beer will be chilled and ready to drink on your arrival. - Parties are not permitted. The property is situated in a quiet village and the neighbours value their peace and quiet. The property is fitted with a noise detector.
- Waste sorting is compulsory.
– Pets are allowed, subject to a surcharge of €15 per stay; one pet only (cat or dog). Please specify this when booking.
- Children must be supervised by an adult: there is a paddling pool and an unfenced raised terrace.
– End-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking and involves preparing the property for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
