“Hotel is next door to a nightclub which is absurd. My television didn’t work two days during my stay, you had to slam the door for it to secure, even with a sign on my door housekeeping interrupted my rest and another enter on her on will. Not a good experience at all. I’m being generous with the ratings.”

“Property is beautiful There is a nice bar and beautiful seating area in the bar. Beautiful historic hotel; it faces main st. and walking distance from sites.”

“Rooms are kept clean. Friendly staff and breakfast good.”

“We enjoyed the experience of a combination of spacious room, hospitality of the staff, breakfast, Evangeline Downs, live Saturday night entertainment, and the quaint restaurants around town. * I suggest replacing the broken recliner in the room.”

“False advertising it was nothing like the add claim”

“Overall the stay was very pleasant, the room was spacious and clean, everything in the room function properly! The staff very nice and helpful! I would definitely use this hotel again!”

“No towels, No hot water, bathroom door would hardly move, dirty toilet and shower, hard as a rock bed. Lamp light was hanging off the wall. Pool was disgusting literally a pool of green goo.”

“1st the door battery went out and they had to use a machine to get me back into my room. Then they moved me a few doors down to another room, bug bug bug! The first night I didn't notice (was very tired) then next night I noticed tons of little roaches coming out of gaps in the baseboards in the bathroom. Next morning I checked out (I didn't sleep the whole night) I didn't say anything they had to know they have bugs. I went down the street to a Waltham Days Inn to finish my stay in the area....

“It's ok”

“I booked this listing 2 months ago. I have used Expedia for flights & stays a lot in the past, so was not hesitant to use again. I never received any emails or messages about check-in procedures. Second clue this was a false listing was I could not find the property. The address number did not exist, it lead me to a different address. The listing outside picture did match the address, so I stopped. There were several ladies going into the property, so I asked them about their stay. They said...
