Your 5-star apartment is ideally located on the banks of the Vienne River, a short walk from the Museum of Art and Industry (Le Grand Atelier) and the ice rink, in a vibrant neighborhood close to the historic city center. Châtellerault is also a perfect starting point for exploring the region: the famous Futuroscope theme park is about 20–25 km away by car (~20 min), easily accessible for a family day out. The magnificent Loire Valley châteaux (such as Chenonceau and the estates around Tours) are accessible by car in less than 1 hour (~70 km), perfect for a cultural getaway. Other remarks: On the first floor, a small patio shared between apartments 75 and 80 invites you to have a coffee, read a book, or share an aperitif in a calm and friendly atmosphere. A shared laundry room is also located on the first floor of the building, and each apartment has its own combination washer/dryer for optimal convenience. The apartment is located on the second floor without an elevator. We apply a flat fee of €50 for the preparation and complete cleaning of the apartment.
