We were away with our daughter for 12 days playing softball. We had a 3 day break n needed some space in between tourneys. This was perfect. Beautiful condo, clean but the rooftop space was our favorite. Perfect view of the sunset Would def stay here again.

It was a really nice property. Centrally located to all the downtown attractions and restaurants. The rooftop sitting area was really cool. The only downside was the road noise outside. But I discovered in our second day there that they had sound machines! They worked like a charm and I didn’t hear any road noise after that. I would definitely stay there again.

Property was very nice and clean. We had everything we could need. We did choose to sleep in the back bedroom due to some street noise, however we live in the country and are not used to much noise at all. Over all great stay. Would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area!

Perfect place for a lowkey birthday weekend. The local bar across the street was accessible and friendly. Ice cream around the corner. Deeply appreciated the stream enabled TVs throughout the house including the rooftop! The rooftop was perfect for card games and movies. Love the fridge and heater up there. Note: There IS very serious road noise in the front bedroom and living room and there are several noise machines throughout to help with it. The back bedroom is more quiet.

The house was clean, beautifully laid out, and perfectly located for the venue we needed. The rooftop was definitely our favorite feature—such a great space to relax and enjoy the stay.A couple of things to note: there was quite a bit of noise from the nearby train, as well as cars and motorcycles passing by at all hours. Also, while the Nest thermostat is a great feature for controlling the temperature, it was set to rise during the night. My husband and I tend to sleep hot, so we found ourselves waking up around 3 a.m. each night feeling too warm.Overall, the property was very clean and well-maintained, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

The property was as described, but what was failed to be mentioned was the noise. There is a bar right across the street that keeps noise around till about 3am. It is also on a major road so the constant noise from the traffic was also unexpected. It is also located near train tracks and you do hear all of that commotion as well. If you are someone who is a light sleeper or values sleep- do not stay here. If none of that bothers you- then absolutely book here!Property was clean, and overall acceptable, but I did not get much sleep due to the aforementioned.

Cozy, clean, and centrally located

We loved this space so much! Everything was perfect, the bed was beyond comfortable, and this was the perfect location for a couples weekend stay. The owner even helped us by extending our stay after my partner didn’t make her travel arrangements. They were so kind and helpful. I would love to stay again and highly recommend the property!

2 couples - Great Space for a long weekend

Very nice last minute getaway

This property was perfect for what I needed for the weekend. Central location, quick access to downtown Chattanooga, quiet and clean enough to stay in and relax, calming decor, and thoughtful amenities. Thank you for providing the space for me to recharge.
