Glamp on Functional Farm w/ pool 15min to Chatt!

Summary:
Welcome to our Glamporous Yurt! Located just 15 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga, this tent farmcation provides a quiet and relaxing stay with easy access to city life! Here you will find one bedroom, one bathroom, and arrangements to sleep four guests. Enjoy the open air in our tranquil setting. Inquire about using the pool! We would love to host you!

The Space:
***The pool is open and will remain available until Labor Day and is not heated. Access information is provided with a fee; please reach out to reserve the pool!  It is available to guests in all tiny homes and glamping tents on the farm. Please note: it is a 2-3 minute walk up the hill from the tents.***

The Glampourous Yurt is a TENT. It is outdoors. All things put into this space were thought out and placed there on purpose to ensure that you may have the camping experience, without having to face all the hardship of being outdoors. When you enter through the tent flap you will have the bedroom, with a queen bed in front of you. This open space is home to a sitting area, table with chairs, a cast iron skillet with provided paper plates and single use utensils. The shower and tub are located outside the tent, and not currently functional. They will be complete in early June. A vault toilet is out near the shower.

This is a working farm, and these are basic tents. If you want an authentic farm getaway and to sleep in a real tent that has stunning views of the mountains, this is the place for you. We're even happy to have you help feed animals. If you don't really want to be on a farm or camp, this is probably not the place for you. The tents are not air conditioned, and while we have a great outdoor shower, the toilet is less "glamorous". There is usually internet, but we encourage you to *try* to unplug. You will have 5-star scenery, be literally feet from the farm animals we love, and have a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors...but it's not the Ritz... To put it simply, IF YOU ARE HIGH MAINTENANCE, THIS LIKELY AIN'T YOUR CUP OF TEA.

We do have a solar panel able to provide limited power for up to 8 hours.

We have a guardian Great Pyrenees who protects farm animals from coyotes. He is gentle with other dogs, but does like to play. If your dog is not friendly or doesn’t like to play, it’s probably not wise to bring your dog. We can’t put Sampson up because he has to guard the livestock.

NOTE: We have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and should not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!

****Please note there are many animals on the property. We love them and want to respect their space. Please only touch and feed the goats. All other animals are to be enjoyed from a distance!****

Guest Access:
The glamping site is on our farm. You will have full and private access to your tent.

The Neighborhood:
Our glamping sites are located on our farm, just 15 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga.

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

Other Things to Note:
Please note: the solar panel provided CANNOT get wet. If it does, you will have to pay to replace it. If it is rainy during your stay, we will ensure the battery gets charged.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check-in. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
