Extra bonus includes a level fully fenced in yard as well to enjoy the quaint neighborhood from the covered front porch.

Fresh exterior and interior paint, updated floor plan (adding a full 2nd bathroom), stunning new kitchen, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Large pantry is located directly off the kitchen, accessible via pocket door, which provides more than ample shelf space. PETS:

This is a dog-friendly property. We welcome 2 DOGS - with additional consideration upon request. All dogs must be in a crate when guests are not at the home. All dogs must be on a leash (when not contained in fully fenced yards) to comply with local laws and as there are other pets/wildlife in the area. To keep the property/neighborhood clean and tidy, please pick up after your dog(s) with provided waste bags. We ask that dogs are kept off furniture.

- Property is managed by iTrip Chattanooga who will be the primary point of contact for all guests

- Primary Renter must be 25 or older

- Smoking/vaping strictly prohibited

- No parties, excessive noise or events are allowed

- Quiet hours of 10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m.

- Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the home

- NO FIREWORKS of any type are permitted

- Rental fees include a non-refundable $59 Limited Damage Waiver, in lieu of a security deposit

- All stays less than 90 days will incur State and Local taxes, which are required and cannot be waived by iTrip Chattanooga
