Cute unit but....
The unit was new and decorated nicely, however it was not as clean as it should have been. You could clearly see stains on the dishwasher door and on the kitchen island. There was also hair on the sofa and dust/dirt on the living room table tray and in other places.
The neighborhood was sketchy to say the least. We booked a two night stay and was fortunately unable to make it the first night, however we were uncomfortable so did not stay on the second night.
I think the neighborhood is transitioning so there is lots of future potential. There were a lot of restaurant choices that were within 20 minutes walking distance or about 4-5 minutes driving. The restaurant area was a lot more vibrant and felt safer. We drove, again the neighborhood was a bit sketchy. After we ate we headed back home.
