Great central location, very clean and perfect for our little family. Street is a little busy but to be expected with general location in relation to campus and downtown. It was the perfect long weekend with our kids and would stay again!

The house was very clean. A couple of times we contacted the host and got immediate replies. Small bathrooms. Plenty of linens and supplies. The only negative was street noise outside of two bedrooms. The house was in a great location downtown. Very close to everything we did.

The house was perfect. It's always nice to be in a house and not separate hotel rooms. The housekeeper was very nice also. It was a very relaxing stay. The only thing that was a little bit of a negative was the driveway being narrow but that didn't even compare to how nice the house was. I would definitely recommend this property and if I have an occasion to be in Chattanooga again this property will be my first choice.

This home is downtown, close to absolutely everything. There is some road noise,to be expected. But so many details were paid attention to.Noise machine in bedrooms, which we used and loved. All of the little extras in place, that made it feel 5star quality. The house is exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the porches.Parking for us was never an issue. We parked in front of the unit, while there is a parking spot behind also,we didn’t need or use.

Host was very attentive and helpful. The home is beautiful and has EVERYTHING you may need. Location is perfect for visiting the sights of Chattanooga and somethings walkable. The college is very close. There is designated parking for a compact car with good parking skills. This is a city location with the typical traffic and noise.

The house was delightful and the host amazing! It was amply stocked with supplies. The location was less than ideal being on MLK due to the amount of loud cars running all night and less than ideal sound proofing on the house for the 2 bedrooms on the front of the house.

Location is close to the downtown area. Located on a main thoroughfare MLK Blvd it was nestled in a residential area. The property host, Lisa, was professional and prompt in addressing any of our concerns. The sitting area (deck) was accessible and quiet during the day, perfect for relaxing and reading.Kitchen well equipped. Living area spacious.Overall beautiful property!
