Private 2+park like acres, 15 min to downtown, pond, fishing, game room

Private mini estate on 2.5 acres just 15 minutes from downtown. Enjoy sitting on one of two decks overlooking the park like setting and our private pond(no swimming). Other outdoor amenities include fishing(stocked pond, bring your own poles), a custom fire pit(wood provided), and corn hole. Inside we’ve provided plenty to keep you busy: game room with ping pong and darts, board games and cards. We have cable TV and Wi-Fi.
There are 4 bedrooms, 7 beds(2 king, 3 queen plus twin over full bunk bed) and 2.5 baths.
The main floor open concept living area features a gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings and a custom gourmet kitchen that is fully stocked with appliances, utensils, and spices. The upper deck has a gas grill and outdoor dining table. Two bedrooms(one king, one queen) and a full bath are on this level.
Downstairs there is a large bedroom with two queen beds and a twin over full bunkbed. The second living room/den, game room, laundry room and full bath are also on this level. This level has a covered deck to relax and enjoy the view.
The top floor has a king bedroom with a half bath and a seating area that overlooks the main living area.
Guests have access to the entire property, excluding the storage shed. There is plenty of parking around the house. Pet fee of $100. Pet fee is for 1 dog(max 80lbs, no puppies or aggressive breeds).
Downtown Chattanooga and Lookout Mtn are just 15 minutes away, offering such attractions as the Chattanooga Aquarium, Creative Discovery Museum, Chattanooga Lookouts, Historic Bluff View Art District, Ruby Falls, Rock City, and the Incline Railway. an array of restaurants, and many other attractions.

Family fun

We had the best time! My kids loved the ping pong table, fishing in the pond, making s’mores by the fire, and so much more! The house had everything we need for the best vacation! Clean and comfortable! Cheryl was very responsive with any questions. :) Thank you!

Beautiful property

Great property - clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could need. Plenty of towels, toiletries, essential items, and some generous extras. The home was well-prepared for our large family. The outdoor spaces are awesome - beautiful and peaceful.

Excellent, better than advertised

Wonderful private yard, perfect for family and pets. Close to town but not crowded. Serene. Owners provided so many thoughtful elements, such as ample outlets for chargers, under counter lighting that makes great night lights, plenty of towels, blankets, multiple covered and open balconies, ample kitchen utensils, soap and cleaning supplies....so many "perks"

Perfect location and plenty of room

My family and I stayed at the house for my parents 60th anniversary. The location was great for daytime outings (seemed like 15 min from everything) and the room in the house worked for all of us to watch tv, do puzzles and play games. Plenty of parking as well. The back driveway was a little steep, but we made it fine. The main road to the house was narrow, but not a bad drive at all. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the house and the location very much.

Holiday stay in Chattanooga

We enjoyed our stay here very much! The house was very nicely decorated, comfortable, and well equipped. My husband was especially thrilled to find that there were extra fans available for our use. We also loved using the fireplace in the cozy living room and having dinners for 8 at the large round dining table. Thanks to our hosts for sharing their lovely home😊

Lovely place in a great woodsy location

The property is clearly well maintained. It's clean, nice, and relatively close to a lot of the cool things in Chattanooga while still being away from the hustle and bustle. The owner was really nice and very responsive. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking. Obviously you should bring anything really specific you need, but I don't think I've ever seen a kitchen as well equipped as this one for a rental property. We would definitely return to this place.

Property was more beautiful in person! The house is exactly as described and accommodated our family perfectly. Instructions from property owner were clear and helpful. Just a few minutes from shopping and downtown Chattanooga. Definitely recommend!

Lovely house, great views.

Our family stayed here, for a few days, during Spring break. The house is lovely and located near so many activities. Lots of room for teens to hang out and parents can be upstairs doing what they want to do. Infant support with high chair, pack n play. Beautiful pond, saw turtles sunning. We will stay here again!

Perfect getaway for all ages

Our group was made up of three families with kids ranging from 3 months-7 years. The house had everything we needed and enough space for all to feel comfortable. We really enjoyed our time and would consider rebooking in the future. The hosts were easy to work with and communication was easy and timely. It’s location is quiet/private but also still close to all the fun that Chattanooga has to offer.

Quiet & Clean - Yet Close to Downtown Chattanooga

We were in town to see our son graduate from UT Chatt. This house was perfect for us. It was close enough to downtown to get places quickly - yet far enough away for peace and quiet. The house was very clean, well stocked and the owner was very easy to work with.

Great experience

This property was as advertised. It was great for our family of 12. The only downside was not having enough seating in the living room but we knew that beforehand from pictures so we brought lawn chairs and had no issues. The ease of checking in and out was great.
