As you step inside, you'll find a cozy living room with plenty of seating, a large flatscreen smart TV, and a queen size pullout sofa bed with included bedding materials for additional sleeping space. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and French doors lead out to a secluded back patio with an outdoor dining set for al fresco meals.
Just off of the main living space you'll find two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a comfortable king bed, a smart TV, and a walk-in closet for all your storage needs. The guest bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with lots of natural light and stunning views from the front of the property. Other amenities include fiberoptic internet service to keep you connected, an outdoor propane grill, and street parking with an average of 2 spaces typically available in front of the property (parking is not guaranteed, but almost always available directly in front of the house).

Pets weighing over 50 pounds are prohibited and pets are not allowed on any furniture, especially the bedding.
