âI booked for 3 nights. When I went back to the hotel for the second night, the staff took my things from room 309 without my permission. Staff put my things on the IKEA shopping cart. I get really pissed off at them and demand to be paid in full for the 3 nights. Otherwise I will call the police. They say I have asked to change rooms. I stop them for crap excuses and "why am I mad at you if I wanted to change rooms, Stop with your excuses". They changed their mind to refund for 1 night. I still...
âAmazing stay at a wonderful venue. The wonderful staff made us feel like home from the moment of checking in. The castle and its surroundings are beautiful and it was a perfect start of our vaccination where we really got to slow down and just enjoy life. We travelled with our 3 year old, and he enjoyed as much as his parents, thank you to the staff who made his and our stay so special. We enjoyed the Michelin worthy restaurant all 3 nights and canât recommend it enough.

âMold ceiling and mold in the bathroom. Dirty mattress. The room I stayed in could definitely need some âTLCâ, although Iâm sure housekeeping did there very best. I would say itâs the management that needs to address the issues.â

"Toppenbra hotell sÀrskilt om du reser med bil. Vi hade Àven cyklar med oss o h kunde dÄ snabbt cykla ner till tÄgstationen för att ta tÄget in till centrala Paris."
"It's a very nice hotel, its rooms are comfortable, and the hotel is generally welcoming. But if you have any problems, be sure to leave them in writing and email them. Customer service is very good but communication between staff is poor. We had a problem with the bathroom, they sent the technical team to solve the problem faster but we don't know what happened because they didn't resolve it. After two days, they moved us to another room. Apparently, due to a lack of communication between the staff, despite the fact that I'm very friendly, they didn't know bring information."
