“This is a very tired hotel, the hallways had a very unpleasant odour. We did not have body wash in the shower and were told to come get it for ourselves, I would not recommend to others.”

“I loved everything about Rose Arden. I had a very comfortable overnight stay in a single room in a lovely home that was perfect for my visit with an old friend who lived nearby. It was great value and in a beautiful quiet location with an amazing view. The host couldn't have been more helpful. And the breakfast was wonderful. If I visit Hamilton again I’ll definitely want to stay at Rose Arden.”

“On paper the location of the Inn seemed decent. As my cab pulled up to the drop off area there were two people sitting on the ground next to the doorway, they appeared to be intoxicated. Someone knocked on my door during the night and tried to unlock the door. Not the best experience I've had at a hotel.”

“Beautiful hotel, very spacious and clean. We booked for a girls night and found the pool to be a highlight and it wasnt busy on a Saturday morning. I do wish they offered group rates and availabilities for their spa for people who are staying there. They also didn't have space for us at breakfast in their restaurant despite several open tables (again, should be given some priority as a guest who is staying there). Overall very beautiful waterfront property however, could be doing better with...
