Hotell i Chelmsfords naturreservat

“The hotel looks nice on the surface with a nice surrounding. The room was great as well. What’s lacking is the atmosphere which is non-existing. How on earth do you serve dinner on New Years with all the roof lights fully turned on? The staff is very nice but is lacking basic service, food and wine education.”

“Rooms are rather dated. Old carpets and fittings but relatively clean. Close proximity to mall and food outlets ”

“Clean room and staff are very handsome with customer determination.”

“Unfortunately there was quite a lot of renovation going on, so the place was a bit messy. Room OK, but luxury...? No.”

“Excellent service all around. Lots of things to keep the children busy in the lodge grounds. Breakfast was a little disappointing, clean and tidy rooms. Recommend the helicopter rides.”

“Great staff! Owners however weren’t friendly and hardly greeted.”

“Exposed wires in the room. They demanded I paid them double what was charged online when I arrived there. Refused to give me a room until I paid ”
