âLoved everything. Didnât use the spa but maybe another time. Comfortable bed and pillows, great linen which kept me warm and cool as needed. Staff were friendly, clean, good sized room and full kitchen! Two minutes to train station including Metropolitan line which goes to Heathrow. Lots of restaurants and cafes close by or a short walk as well as museums. Perfect location. Highly recommend â

âSteps away from the West Brompton tube station / District Line that easily takes us to the heart of London attractions. Excellent service, they stored our luggage for free before and after check-in. We learned from the staff we can pre-book early check-in for a fee, we will do that next time. Breakfast selection is great for the price. Enjoyed our stay. Will come back when we visit London next time. â
âThe employees at No16 creates a great atmosphere. Like being at home. Sitting in the nice living rooms, having a glass of Champagne from the Honesty Bar, eating a delicious breakfast in the garden. What more can you ask for?â
âWe were staying in London for 5 days and finding a place to stay is a daunting task. City Prime was a great choice. It is located outside the hustle busy of central London in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located close to the Earl's Court tube station. You can get everywhere you need to go from there. Having a kitchen with a washer/dryer was a plus for an extended stay. Karim was friendly and helpful during our entire stay. Highly recommend.â

The room was very big and was perfect for all of us, and it had everything we needed. The beds were also very comfortable :)

âThis is our second time staying at the London Templeton Place location. We love it for the location to Heathrow, but more importantly it is located on a quiet street but close to public transportation and shopping. Management is great, friendly and helpful.
