We welcome you to stay in our beautifully presented two-bedroom flat in the heart of Cheltenham, set within a charming Regency building on Berkeley Place. Thoughtfully designed, the apartment combines period character with modern comfort, offering a bright and relaxing base just moments from the town centre.

The flat comfortably sleeps up to three guests and features a spacious living room with high ceilings and plenty of natural light, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the Cotswolds or enjoying Cheltenham’s renowned festivals.

We have a beautiful open plan living, dining and kitchen area, which is fully equipped for cooking at home, and also a Nespresso by Magimix coffee machine and Hotel Chocolat Velvestiser.

The two bedrooms provide a peaceful night’s sleep, including a generous master bedroom and a cosy second single bedroom with a desk area, ideal for friends, family or remote working. The apartment also includes a modern bathroom.

Located in one of Cheltenham’s most attractive residential areas, Berkeley Place is known for its elegant Regency architecture and leafy surroundings. You’ll be within easy walking distance of Montpellier and the town centre, where you’ll find independent boutiques, cafés, restaurants, wine bars and beautiful parks.

If completed by someone else, we will request for the verification to be resubmitted. Failure to complete this process correctly may result in the cancellation of the booking.

Please note: We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £5.00 fee to cover payment processing fees) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.**
