Located in the hamlet of Etival, in the Natura 2000 zone and backed by the forest of La Grande Charnie, our cottage was completed in 2019. This very old house, once included in the perimeter of an abbey, has 2 levels for a living area of 120 m². The beds will be made upon your arrival and you will have:
- On the ground floor, a large living room with kitchen, dining area and lounge and a bedroom (twin beds of 80) with private shower room, separate toilet.
- Upstairs: a master bedroom (twin beds of 80, child's bed, private shower room), another bedroom with 4 beds of 90, 2 of which can be twinned. Between these 2 bedrooms, large mezzanine converted into a recreation room (reading, games, TV) with 2 extra beds. Separate shower room, separate toilet.
The accesses and the ground floor are designed to accommodate people with reduced mobility. The south facade opens onto a terrace, enclosed and wooded grounds.
We can accommodate riders and their mounts (meadow in front of the cottage), as well as cyclists (local, VAE charging).
You can enjoy the calm of this place full of history [hidden] , take pleasant walks around the cottage or go into the forest for long hikes (maps with recommended walking and cycling routes).
Discover the beautiful villages in the surrounding area such as Sainte Suzanne, Brulon, Asnières sur Vègre or the prehistoric caves of Saulges. Visit Vieux Mans, the circuit and the 24-hour museum. Spend a day in Sillé Le Guillaume for relaxing or more sporty activities.
