In the commune of Chenac-Saint-Seurin-d'Uzet, Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 200 m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a 50 m² living room (with fireplace), a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms (one of which is on a mezzanine), two bathrooms and a shared garden of around 2,000 m². With Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation includes :
Ground floor :
- 50 m² living room with TV, sofa bed and fireplace
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with bath and vanity unit
- Separate WC
- A shower room with shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail and WC.

Upstairs, you'll find a large mezzanine equipped with games for children:
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190)
- A sleeping area with a double bed (140×190)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A private terrace of around 30 m², with a barbecue that is set up under a covered area, with a large table and garden furniture.

Communal areas:
- An above-ground swimming pool measuring 3.80 × 5.80 m and 1.20 m high. The steps must be removed after each use. It is open from May to September (opening dates non-contractual).
- A 2,000 m² shared garden, equipped with garden furniture to enjoy the fine weather. Petanque court and various fruit trees.

The house is ideally located in Chenac-Saint-Seurin-d'Uzet, in a very quiet area at the foot of hiking trails. All the essential shops in Mortagne-sur-Gironde are nearby. There is also a hypermarket just 12 km away. A car is essential for getting around.

- Discover Mortagne-sur-Gironde and its port
- Leisure complex at Meschers (go-karting, bowling, cinema, climbing, etc.)

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (2 to 3 vehicles).

- The fireplace is functional, wood is provided for the first flambé.
- Pets accepted free of charge. Only one pet per stay.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. The opening dates of the swimming pool are non-contractual and subject to change. Subject to favourable weather conditions.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
