Dicks Creek Rd Whittier NC - 5 Miles från Sylva NC och 14 Miles från Cherokee NC

Mycket mysig hytt med mycket charm. Wrap-around verandaen omger kabinen med massor av gungstolar att njuta av den vackra utsikten och rushing creek nedanför. Denna mysiga stuga kommer att vara ditt hem hemifrån. En spiraltrappa tar dig till loftet sovrummet där det stora fönstret ovanför sängen är ditt huvudgavel och känns som om du sover i det stora utomhus.

Kabinen ligger halvvägs uppe på berget vid ca 3100 ft höjd. Perfekt för att njuta av de kalla sommarnätterna och det vackra hösten. Det är avskilt, men det finns grannar nära nog för komfort och du är bara 5 miles från Sylva North Carolina där du har alla de senaste restaurangerna samt Super Walmart för dina livsmedel och nödvändigheter.

Det finns mycket att göra som Harrahs Casino (20 minuter) och en naturskön tågresa i Bryson City (20 minuter bort). Vi är också bara några minuter från forsränning, smutscykel, ATV spår, slangar, shopping och mycket mer. Om du hellre bara ska ta det lugnt, finns det gott om läsmaterial och ett spelbord med gott om spel för att hålla dig upptagen och dela kvalitetstid med dina nära och kära.

We stayed the weekend for my birthday and the cabin was just the right size for us...my FAVORITE part of the cabin was the front porch, we stayed out on it more than we did inside, there is a small creek running in front so listening to it was really nice, I knew we would be in the woods so I bought bug spray...but thats gonna happen your in the woods but it wasn't really that bad...the only issue was the stairs in the living room are a little stepp so if your a really large person or REALLY bad knees you have have an issue but there is a sleeper sofa in the living room....another thing that I LOVED about the cabin was it was REALLY CLEAN!!!... the owners are very nice but we never seen them but if we needed them they was there

Perfect weekend trip!

My parnter and I needed a weekend trip to relax and recharge. This place was perfect! Its just the two of us and the space was perfect. The cabin is cute, clean and you can hear the creek anytime you are outside or if you open the windows! Also very close to town so there were plenty of options for us to choose from for daytime activities Very nice, we will back! back!

Perfect little getaway spot

And I and our small dog stayed for a long weekend. Property was peaceful along a sweet little stream. Neighbors or friendly. Property is in the woods so there's always going to be little bugs and such. But inside there were none. Was remarkably well kept

Cody cabin at a great price

Had an awesome stay in this cabin. Very clean, and cozy. Easy check in and great people to rent from. Responded in a timely manner as well as being so nice. The Creek runs right beside this cozy cabin. YOU CAN’T BEAT THE PRICE HERE FOR WHAT YOU GET!!! If you’re looking for a cozy small cabin this is definitely the one..

Perfection!

Decided on this place after reading the reviews, and so glad I did! Location was perfect and was a 15 - 20 minute drive to everywhere on our list to visit (Cherokee, Silva, Dillsboro, & Bryson city) and an hour to Gatlinburg. Cabin was perfect size for me and my other half all though a lot of laughs were had watching him go upstairs (6’3 and a bigger build) :) The wrap around porch was the perfect place to spend our mornings listening to the mountain side creek. Neighbors were friendly, and all though I wasn’t able to personally meet Steve and Denise as they were on their own vacation, they were in constant communication making sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Can’t wait to go back and already planning a trip for the summer!

Cabin in the woods

We enjoyed our stay very much and the location was great for us to be able to attend the outdoor drama “Unto These Hills”. The secluded environment and nearby creek made our stay relaxing. The cabin itself was comfortable and met all needs. We would recommend that a handle be added to the inside of the bathroom door, the pullout had some dog hair, and lastly it would be nice if the neighbors cleaned up their yard a bit. It would have also been helpful if the truck parked near the neighbors was moved. This would have made getting out of the driveway easier. Where the truck is parked would make a great space for backing the vehicle so we could have driven out instead of having to back down the driveway and the little bridge.

Great cabin and great location.

The cabin is really nice. Loved the view from the porch and through the skylights. Really liked listening to the creek flowing throughout the night. It's a really nice and secluded drive up to the cabin.

Very peaceful, beautiful, and comfortable

I had an excellent stay at the Cozy Cabin. I stayed for 3 nights and wish it could have been longer. The cabin was very comfortable, the porch was fantastic with an amazing view, and the location was perfect. Denise and Steve were very hospitable and warm, and I enjoyed meeting them. I would love to stay with them again, and recommend the cabin to anyone else looking for a peaceful, beautiful place to stay.

We loved the location of the cabin. There was no traffic around and you could hear the creek flowing from anywhere in the cabin. The staircase was not fun to climb or descend, but other than that we loved it!
