Easily venture out from the family room to the backyard bordered with a mix of evergreens for added privacy. The beautiful eat-in kitchen has all new appliances: GE Profile double oven range, GE Profile convection microwave, Maytag Refrigerator and Bosch Dishwasher.

- No extra guests without prior approval
- Not more than 4 cars are allowed (2 on the driveway and 2 outside on the street)
-Extra charge of $150 if the trash is not taken out at the designated time
If you stay at my place on a Sunday, I would kindly ask you to place the garbage bins at the curb in the evening, so they can be picked up next morning. Please do not forget to put them back after they are emptied.
