Hyr detta 3 sovrum 3 badrum hemma varje vecka eller månad för din semester. Huset ligger på toppen av en kulle och har hisnande vyer, fantastiska soluppgångar från master sviten och solnedgångar från greatroom. Hemmet har åttkantsform stort rum med öppna takramar och en stor öppen spis. Gör din grillning inomhus med inomhusgrillen. Stor jacuzzi för 7 personer utanför sovrummet. Sovrummet har king size-säng med öppna välvda tak. Interiörmålning gjordes av en konstnär. Strålande uppvärmda golv. Delar av hemmet har central luft, kom ihåg att det är centrala NewYork och luftkonditionering behövs inte riktigt. Detta hem är verkligen ett av ett snällt fritidshus på grund av dess 20 mil plus utsikt i nästan 360 graders utsikt. Det finns stora slädkullar för barnen. Ny sektionssoffa och svängbara stolar med elstolar och USB-kontakter på sidan av soffan i det stora rummet, ny kärlekssits, futon soffa och stol i studion.

Besök Glimmerglass State Park för vandringsleder, snöslang etc. Stranden med en stor sjö gör detta till en fantastisk plats bara 15 minuter från huset.

The property was even nicer than the pics. The beds were very comfortable. The central hub was delightful to cook in, eat in, and to socialize and relax in. The views out each and every window are truly breathtaking.

Guys trip 2025

Hands down the best house/property we have stayed at for our trip. Overall great space where 6 people could spread out, having 2 separate living quarters was huge. Space was great, amenities were great and location was perfect. What a view!! Only concern would be the lack of AC in the main living room/kitchen and main bedroom. One part of the house was cool, the other was warm. All the windows in the living room were great, blinds would have helped keep the heat out. The main bedroom was in high 70’s, low 80’s temp wise, even a portable AC unit would have helped. Honestly though we had a great time, loved the place, already decided we are coming back next year! Thanks for everything!

Wonderful getaway! Great host!

This property was perfect for our 2-family vacation. Plenty of room and space for everyone and the views were magnificent! Amos was an outstanding host. We lost power one morning after some storms with the fridges full of groceries and Amos was there within minutes setting up a generator for us! We loved the spacious, well equipped kitchen and great room and really enjoyed the hot tub and firepit- made lasting memories!

Perfect setting for an outdoor wedding

My husband and I booked this property for our wedding weekend and wedding reception. There was an event fee, which was very reasonable.The host was very accommodating when we needed to set up and take down the tent due to rain. If we had any questions, the host was quick to respond. The houses had everything we needed and were very well-maintained and clean. The views on the property are amazing!! Everyone at the reception raved over how beautiful the setting was. We can’t wait to see the pictures! Also, having two separate houses was perfect for getting ready the morning of the wedding and the game room was great. We had an amazing weekend with all of our friends and family. Definitely recommend booking this property!

Perfect place to relax

The views and accommodations will have you coming back time and time again. It was so easy to check and speak to the host if we need to. You have everything you need here. Fantastic views and spaces!

The numerous windows allowed us to enjoy breathtaking views from nearly every room! There were plenty of bedrooms to spread out, and the great room was big enough we didnt feel crowded even when we were all together. The Barn House allowed night owls a space to hang out without disturbing/ delaying bedtime for the little ones. Great stay! ones.

Extraordinary Property and Stay

This VRBO exceeded our expectation! The home(s) had everything we needed. Comfy beds, beautiful and comfortable shared living spaces, well equipped kitchen, hot tub. But the view was the highlight for us - STUNNING!! We enjoyed daylight hours enjoying the unending view and beautiful fall colors. The nights had us around the firepit and under the stars. We even had a rare view of the Northern Lights! We definitely hope to return.

Amazing Property in the Cooperstown Area!!

We stayed here for 4 nights for a 15U baseball tournament in Cooperstown. The views from this property are unbelievable. One night we sat around the fire pit and watched fireworks from off in the distance down in the valleys below. The house had absolutely everything we needed for our stay and more than enough room to accommodate three families for the weekend. The kids loved the game house with the pool table and ping pong. Each night they would play flashlight tag while the parents enjoyed hanging out in the great room or the movie room. During our stay it was unusually hot for central Nee York, but there were plenty of fans and enough breeze in the rooms that were not air conditioned. I cannot recommend this property enough if you are looking for a well appointed, beautiful home in the Cherry Valley/Cooperstown area!! The views alone are worth the stay!!

Family vacation

This place is beautiful!! The views are incredible and the yard is huge with lots of room to play games and sit around the fire pit at night. The houses have everything you need. Just bring food and beverages! There are hay fields surrounding the property and we were able to watch the hay get cut, fluffed and then rolled. It was fascinating to watch. Hot tub was perfect! Amos is a great host and we will most definitely come back again!!

Wonderful property and very friendly host!

Some friends and I stayed at the house for 4 days (3 nights), and it is amazing! Spacious enough that people can spread out and engage in multiple activities without being on top of each other, but also roomy enough for when we all got togetger for group activities and meals. Second house had it's own kitchenette, pool table, ping pong and lounge while the main house was great for watching movies, playing group games, and cooking meals for 10+ people. The views are absolutely stunning and Amos was very pleasant and responsive. Would absolutely go back: 10out of 10 star experience!

Our Fifth Stay

As this was our fifth stay at the property, it goes without saying that we have had many enjoyable times there and find the property and location to be very lovely and ideal for our purposes. It is much the same now as it had been on our four previous visits. We did notice this year that there was much less firewood provided than in the past. A whole wall of the garage used to be stocked with firewood, but this time the amount we were provided only allowed us to have indoor fires for part of the day on two of our three nights at the property, as we were worried about running out of wood. This was somewhat disappointing, as the ability to enjoy the fireplace for the duration of our stay has always been an important selling point of the property. We thought that perhaps this was simply a timing issue that would not have occurred if a wood delivery had taken place more recently. Otherwise, we had a good, relaxing time. We will certainly be considering a return visit in the future.

Wonderful home!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The great room is exactly what we look for on trips, since it has room for everyone in our group of 14, and includes those in the kitchen as well. The hot tub was inviting, as the weather was cold and rainy while we were there. I would love to go back another time and enjoy the views in the nicer weather - it is an amazing property! Amos was very responsive during the whole process. We recommend his home to everyone!
