It is right on the water with a dock which was great for fishing. We spent most of the time sitting on the back deck enjoying the view. “A nice place to stay with big rooms and lots of spaces within walking distance from the beach. I wish the checkin process was smoother but we have to contact the landlord in order for the accurate checkin procedure to be sent. This should have been sent to us at exactly 4pm which is the checkin time. Also the outside garbage bin should have been emptied before the next renters comes in. The garbage attacted flies which also came inside the house. We wish there was any instructions on how to...

“Overall place was great and was in perfect location for our family trip to a ravens game. However we were looking forward to the fire pit on the roof but there was no full propane tanks. There was multiple empty propane tank”

The location is 5 minutes from the Eastern Market and all kinds of incredible shops. The apartment is cozy, clean and private. Judy and Paul are so lovely! Highly recommended ”
