“Super friendly staff and excellent amenities. I am supposed to remove a star, yet the benefits outweigh the problem; it should still be taken seriously. I trust that the housekeeping staff will ensure thorough cleaning and maintain the rooms in a spotless condition. Upon accidentally dropping my eyeglasses on the floor, I observed that beneath the console table and beds, there was a significant accumulation of dust and dirt. ”

“Valet service seemed mainly focusing on their own importance… Reception personnel was great, nice an helpful Red Stag service was not up to the standard that you expect at this type of hotel The room was ok but nothing to “write home about”. All and all not really worth the time and money.”

“Excellent respite from the busy world of work. I did a solo visit the Biltmore Estate on my first trip and stayed at the Biltmore Village. I hiked nearly everyday because the trails where so close and offered scenic nature views. The Village grounds was the perfect blend of nature and upbeat vibes with the restaurant choices, the ice shop, the winery with free wine tasting, sitting out by the fire pit, learning from craftsman in the farming area, and so much more.
