The atmosphere is warm and relaxing.
Check-in was pleasant and welcoming.
The entire staff is friendly yet professional.
Room was clean and bed extremely comfortable with very nice linen.
The Chestnut Hill Hotel is a rare gem nestled in a quaint area with restaurants and places of interests within walking distance.
We were plesantly surprised with this establishment and our accommodations.
We have already recommended it to others and we would definitely choose to stay...

- The booking I made on hotels.com showed another room (quarter two) than what I got (quarter one). Rooms are relatively similar
- there was hair by the shower drain when I arrived. Otherwise...
âSeems updated from our last visit, accommodations are vert good. Very quiet, bathroom very well maintained and bed was very comfortable. Very happy with the facilities, all staff and team. Parking is a severe problem. You have to pay and walk 3 to 4 blocks if you do not use valet, which we prefer not to. We could tolerate the issue if we did not have to pay 25.00 overnight. Thank you.â
