“Me and my son have been staying here for a couple weeks now and while we've been here my son has cleaned up trash cleaned up animal waste and definitely has made the place look a lot better I've done detail cleaning to my own room other than that I'd love to give some of the mates lessons on how to clean.”

“We stayed here for 2 nights as it is located between Philadelphia in north and Washington DC in south. There are many restaurants and shopping nearby. The room was quite large and clean. Wifi free and worked well, parking free in a safe environment. Breakfast included which is normal dishes on these Inn´s some hot and cold to chose from, not very much but it worked as a start. There is a baseball camp nearby and it is many young team players staying and the breakfast can be crowded at times....

“The room was put together but definitely dirty, there were hard gummies of some kind on the floor, the TV remote didn't have any batteries and when we got some, the remote didnt work lol. We only had two small pillows and a sheet blanket for the bed... i could go on but it met the basic need of a room for cheap... I guess thats what you get at the cheap price you pay”

“Our family was kinda terrified of this place. We joke there were people dealing drugs outside when we checked in, but maybe that was true. Run down and smelly and shady. Don’t stay here.”

“Extremely inexpensive, but its clearly reflected in the lack of quality. The room reeked. There were roaches, ants, and flies. The room looked like it hadnt been cleaned in months. These are just several of the issues with the room/property, but nowhere near a complete list. There are other hotels within close proximity to this one. I would strongly suggest booking elsewhere if you can afford to. This hotel was disgusting.”

“Beautiful setting Quiet Wonderful breakfast Comfortable accommodations Easy check-in/check-out Beautifully appointed rooms in the main house, with antiques everywhere. The bathroom shower we had was a little inconvenient and I could see that some folks could struggle getting in and out of the large claw-foot tub. There are no grab bars. “Was there for a baseball tournament. Had to immediately change rooms due to the bed strongly smelling of urine. Staff didn’t even apologize. Just gave me the new room key and sent me on my way. The pool is small. People who were not hotel guests were following guests in after unlocking the doors and staying for the day and letting their families in.
