The Space:

Our furnished one-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor of the building and is accessible by stairs only (no elevator). The space offers a comfortable and easygoing setup, suitable for short or longer stays.

Guests will have full private access to the unit during their stay. You’ll be able to access the property through a secure self check-in process with detailed instructions provided before arrival.

The neighborhood offers a great mix of local dining, coffee spots, and outdoor space. Enjoy nearby favorites like SHATTAZ Jerk Bar & Grill, Mis Moles Restaurant, and Chess Club Coffee for casual meals and drinks. Horner (Henry) Park is close by for walking, relaxing, or outdoor activities, and Addison Mall provides convenient shopping options, making the area both lively and comfortable to stay in.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy with several transit options nearby. The Addison & Kedzie bus stop is just a 7-minute walk, the Irving Park & Spaulding bus stop is about 13 minutes away on foot, and the Addison Blue Line Station is roughly a 20-minute walk, providing convenient access to downtown and beyond.

- A quick ID check and brief screening are required prior to confirming your stay.



-Pets are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee. We accept both dogs and cats for $50 per pet fee. Pets may not be left unattended unless they are properly crated and must follow all quiet hours. To keep the space comfortable for everyone, pets are not allowed on furniture. Please note that the pet fee covers standard cleaning only and does not include damage to furniture, bedding, rugs, or costs related to excessive hair or odor removal.
