Bra Hub nära O ’Hare
Bra reception, bra frukost, bra shuttle, helt okej rum. Nära O’Hare men annars lite off, men mat o shopping finns inom hyfsat gångavstånd. Området känns säkert.

Rooms were organized,but towels were dirty and hing back to be used.Hair on the bed as it was never washed from the previous tenant.

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. I was alone and felt very safe and comfortable. Everything from online registration to check out was more than expected. I would and will definitely stay again and recommend. Definitely a great place and more than reasonable price

The breakfast was good. Perhaps improve the customer service to pick guests up on time. My husband and I called the front desk five times, but no one answered. We ended up walking through the rain to the hotel.

Room had previous water problem with door and ceiling showing repairs. Toilet old and way low. Long carpeted halls very difficult for rolling luggage. Main elevator broken. Staff however were very friendly and made the stay a pleasant experience.

The property was very convenient. Close to the airport, close to food and close to the Allstate arena, where our concert was being held. The staff were friendly and helpful, and having a shuttle to take us to and from the airport, as well as a breakfast included, made tbis a grea value

when we got to the room there where only two outlets that worked so half of the lights didn’t turn on. we couldn’t use any of our hair tools because the outlets in the bathroom didn’t work. there where stains on the curtains and the bedsheets as well.

Nice and close to the O'hare airport. Shuttle comes regularly and nice drivers. Hotel staff is pleasant and nice to deal with after a long day of travel. Room is fairly quiet considering its by the airport. Hotel is very clean. Standard breakfast offering. Id stay here again.

Closest elevator was broken, was not told this by the front desk. Had to roll 6 heavy suitcases down ripply old carpet for 2 hallways, bags kept falling over. Breakfast ended at 10 or earlier not 10:30 like the site said. Tried to call the front desk to ask a question and no one ever picked up. Room smelled weird but was ok after we put the ac on, or maybe I just got used to it. There's a fast food place in the parking lot so that's nice.

It was a nice place.My sister is on oxygen and the bathroom door didnt open from the inside..she was locked in..i was gone for 20 mins..she couldn't get out till i came back
