When I checked-in, the lobby area of the property appeared clean and tidy. Before visiting the room, I went to pick-up the pizza I ordered. The room itself was so dirty. The bedding was "white", but it was not. It was quite dingy with brown and red stains on the duvet, and I really don't want to consider what the stain was when I pulled the duvet and comforter back. I began wiping surfaces (night stand, tv stand, desk, bathroom) with a clean wipe and found that the toilet had unflushed feces, and that was it for me. I could not stay. I checked-out within two hours of arriving. I told the manager about the situation.

The property itself was great but we had an issue with the toilet in our room being clogged. Staff handed us a plunger to do it ourselves and when we requested they do it, they kept telling us they'd go and never actually show up. It was uncomfortable, to say the least.

I was very happy with my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative was that the pool closed at 9:00pm and didn’t open back up until 10:00am. We came from out of town and had a late dinner so it would have been nice to swim a little bit longer.

In process of update, though the bathroom was not great, there were nice selection of personal care items, lots of fluffy towels, wonderful bedding, flatscreen tv, a minifridge and microwave in the room. The clock radio didn't seem to work, and noise from outside came in through the walls. But there was a lot of light, plenty of electrical and tech outlets, and coffee and tea in the lobby. The indoor pool and fitness center are available, there is plenty of seating in the public areas, and the breakfast is free and pleasing.

It is so far the worst hotel experience ever. When we arrived they gave us a dirty bedroom, crumbs on the carpet, lipstick on the sheets, duvet with grey areas and a terrible smell. I complained and the manager told me I could get the 4th floor instead. The 4th floor was even worse; Molde on he ceiling, empty bottles on the back of the cabinets. I asked for another room and they finally gave me a decent one but still gross carpet an terrible smell. Next day my kids wanted to go to the pool and it was disgusting. Someone pooped on it. I told the front desk guy who was clueless on when was the last time someone clean the pool, he didn't even knew if someone used the pool as toilet days ago or hours ago. They ended up not doing a proper cleaning. Gross, disgusting place. I had to stay there for 5 nights cause I was unable to find another place. They never came to clean the room or change towels. Whe I called to ask they said I never booked for it. If I could give this "hotel" 0 Stars that would be more accurate than one. I was never compensate for the dirty pool we were not able to use, nor for the terrible service. Never ever will book again on a Comfort Inn.

Need some serious maintenance, ceiling tiles in corridor need replacement l, had to change the room as the first one the bath was in plvery poor condition, the bathtub paint was peeling off, housekeepers didn't check behind the bath door , there were some dirty towels left behind the door.

It was alright. Spent one night at the location. The walls were super thin and for some reasons they didn't have full sized pillows? I got lucky vs some friends also staying there that found crusty dirty socks near their AC unit.

Staff were super friendly when checking in and out. Had continental breakfast every morning. The hotel is in need of repairs. The ceilings were peeling off and the rooms could have done with refurbishment.

The bathroom shower looked as if there was mold spots around the caulking. The bathroom itself, was tiny, and the lighting in there was horrible. The room was stuffy, and yes, we even turned the air on at 64°, constant fan, and it was definitely far from being cool. If I had to find a place to stay really fast, I guess it would do, but not in my first 10.

Service was terrible. For a double bed there only 1 face towel in the room and when I called down they wanted me to walk down to get them which is very inconvenient when you have children in the room. Although this not the only incident of rudeness. This was the last problem before checking out. Nope won’t be back and they put sour taste in my mouth for staying at Comfort Inn even though Bourbonnais Comfort Inn was AMAZING! Going back to my Hilton Brand

The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was great. The place is very clean. I’ve always stayed here when I’m flying from Florida to Chicago to visit family on my way back home and they also have a shuttle that’s $25. That’s why I stay here.

We enjoyed ourselves on our little vacay. The only thing I had an issues with was the breakfast. Some of the things that were supposed to.be how were cold. The lady working tried to fix it Idk if if was. I just went back to my room and finished packing. The hotel is so pretty. It was more than what I was expecting.

The location of this hotel is great, close to lots of shopping and dining options. The price was definitely friendly compared to others in the area, but with that being said you do get what you pay for. The room was pretty small, the king bed was firm, customer service was decent at best and the sofa bed was a bit dirty. Overall I would stay again if I was looking for a last minute hotel on a budget.

Perfect
Upon arrival we went in and check the room for any bed bugs. The room was very clean bathrooms very clean. The surfaces were nice and clean. Remote control was nice and clean overall 10 out of 10.

The breakfast required guest to eat downstairs next to strangers. No option to take your breakfast to your room. I wanted to eat my breakfast with the morning news. The housekeeper came to my room at 10:55. Rushing me out. She stayed with a harsh tone and accent" it is eleven" I showed her my cell phone screen it showed 10:55. She was extremely rude. She came back to my room to knock again. My phone screen said 10:57am. The room was clean. The breakfast was good. It's not fair to rush checkout and to require guest to eat downstairs.
