The only two problems I had were it was a big stain on the bed comforter no way anyone could miss it and the shower and bathroom was real out dated and the ceiling was peeling

We arrived a little early, before check in time. They let us check in early. The clock in our room was set at the incorrect time. Housekeeping should be checking this each time they are in the room. The next day we got back to our room pretty late in the evening & saw that housekeeping never came. Went down to the front desk to let them know & to ask for towels. Was told that we need to request it. They only clean the rooms every other day. Informed him no one tells you this when you check in & no information in the room either. All of the ice machines were turned off in the building. Some people resorted to getting zip lock bags of ice from the bar. Just another inconvenience for guests. They make you sign up for The Hilton Honors Program, if you want to use the free in house WiFi connection.

The check in process was amazing. A young lady at the front desk named Briaunna went out of her way to make sure I had an amazing guest experience. When I spoke to her manager to brag on Briaunna, the manager was just as kind and accommodating.

Sean was an amazing staff member but I wish the rest of the staff was the same .. while we stated for two night . Our room was NOT cleaned even after it was requesterd. the tub also bubbled and was not comfortable to bath in. When calling the front desk staff was never available in the evening. There where two other staff member that where amazing overall I didn’t enjoy my stay .. FYI I never received my cookies

Property needs some repairs and little restyling. Some common areas and corridors you could smell some mold and the paint in the bathroom ceiling was peeling off. Great area, quiet with great staff, but needs some restoration.

Unfortunately, my stay was very uncomfortable. The first day, the room was freezing. I gave the room numerous hours to get warm, but eventually an engineer had to come to the room and turn on the heat. We finally got warmer. The next day the temp felt like it was a 100 degrees by that evening. The controls were obviously not working. At 3:45 a.m. all of us were awake including my five year old grandson. Two of us have asthma. An engineer had to be called to the room once more to make an adjustment. I am retired and paid over $300.00 for both nights. The hotel gave me some points; however, due to my unexpected experience I do not plan on staying there again. What should have been a wonderful weekend was made unpleasant whenever we were in our room. Instead of the hotel offering me a refund or even partial refund as it should have, I was offered 10,000 points.

Our room was comfortable and simple. A coffee maker but no mini fridge or microwave. No housekeeping unless requested. Some minor wear and tear. Quiet room. Comfortable bed and bedding. We were happy to have a covered parking spot especially during the winter. Restaurants near by. Meeting spaces were adequate. No-frills kind of stay which is fine for the price we paid!

I booked a night for my bachelorette hangout with my girls to get in the pool to relax. To then find the pool was closed. When I booked, it didn’t say it and it would’ve been nice to be told when I checked in instead having to find out at night then not wanting to get dressed to Uber all the way to lifetimes pool. Then when checking out the lady had an attitude when I mentioned how I felt. Also the bathroom looked like it was falling apart. I paid $162 for one night. Totally wasn’t worth it.

This is the first st Doubletree I have stayed in where the room was awful, tolite had a dirt ring around it, hair was in on wall in bathroom, floors had dirt marks, elevator was dirty and very loud, wallpaper in bathroom was peeling, and bathroom door would not close. Lady at desk was nice and professional. Area outside clean and was wailing distant to mall and great restaurant. Doubletree is known for comforty and clean rooms, not this. Please make sure the rooms are clean before you put guest in them. Disappointed

We had to change rooms 3 times just to find hot water & heat. Other guests were complaining about the same thing. We finally went to a different floor & found hot water & heat.We also asked to have out room cleaned but nobody showed up. Front desk problems
Terrible check in.Person at the front desk didn’t understand we booked 2 rooms for 1 night.He saw only one payment (which was double the price) but didn’t understand it was for 2 rooms.We had to pay for another room until the manager fixed in the morning.

The property is very worn down. Extremely disappointing. They remodeled the lobby but all of the rooms are in terrible condition. I had cold water, damp, carpeted floor, humid room, the heating and air conditioning unit did not work and worn down furniture. No fridge, no in room tea or coffee. Was rather surprised.
