We had an overalls great stay at the property. The only thing that inwould change, which is my personal preference is a softer matress;)

Nice spot
The hotel is nice. It was SO cold and the front doors were broken which is understandable. The heat in my room started making a horrible noise about 2am which was a pain. Staff was very nice

The mattress was old stubborn so I rolled into a hole in the middle. Sleep was not comfy but it was my only issue. Place was quite and clean and staff was really nice.

Great place in Deer Park!
Great place to stay at in the northwest suburbs that is close to my family, dining options and shopping. Also, very dog friendly with walking paths and a dog park. Highly recommend if you are in the area!

Pleasant 5 day stay
Especially enjoyed viewing nature on the walking trail, and the cleanliness the lounge and swimming pool area with its view of the outdoors. Room/bathroom very clean and quiet. Staff were all attentive and accommodating.

The fact that the $75 pet fee was hidden in the fine print is unacceptable. If you are going to pull that, it should show in the total. It’s 2023, that’s an easy add. But you don’t do it because apparently it makes both hotels.com and the property’s east money on the bait and switch
