Good hotel at good location in city. Diffucult to get cleaning since they did´nt come few days as planned. Once they arrive good cleaning. Friendly staff.

I like that the 2nd clerk I talked to got me a room in two minutes. The first clerk told me no rooms were ready, to walk through downtown until about 5 pm

Great location everything is within range, however the parking is something to note because that will cost you 65$us per night at the facility.

Great room, very quiet with nice bed, great shower and tv. Right on top of red line station which is important when relying on public transit. Neighborhood has lots of options for food and drink. IMHO good value for the price.

Walkable to most attractions; however, the property is located in a very busy area so even into the wee hours you will hear a lot of commotion from partygoers, sirens, traffic, etc. from your room.

Price wasn't bad. I had to listen to a dog barking fro 1.5 hours and I needed to get up at 4:30 in the morning. Unfortunate for me but you should know what can happen when you allow pets.

Expensive for what you get overall. The parking was really expensive, and there was no continental breakfast. The Weber grill is attached to the hotel, which was good food, but was also pretty pricy.

En general está muy bien la ubicación, todo queda alrededor caminando. Solo un detalle, no se realizó la limpieza de la habitación diariamente, tuvimos que pedir varias veces toallas y no nos la llevaban, teníamos que buscar a alguna persona de limpieza en el pasillo para pedírselas, eso no nos gustó.

For this to be a very expensive place to stay, nothing in my room worked. When I first arrived I had to wait 30 minutes outside my room because my key did not work( ended up switching rooms). Parking is stupid

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. I love how centrally located it is to downtown with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and activities. The best thing is the train is literally outside and downstairs from the hotel for easy access to the rest of the city and to the airport.

I had a reservation for an accessible room with two beds . I had called the day before to confirm . Three different Hilton personnel told me accessible rooms only have one bed . and they had no other room with two beds . They wouldn’t issue a refund - and told I could wait for the manager - I waited for over 30 minutes and had already wasted 60 minutes and a lot of angst on a situation that Hilton personnel tried to lay the blame on Expedia. Expedia tried calling them on my behalf to no avail - I mean I’m sitting in front of them in my wheelchair- I’m handicapped I have limited abilities to battle these situations. Finally the manager shows up - looks at the computer - asks if I had been up to the room - no I hadn’t cuz I asked at the desk how many beds ? the manager says there are two beds in said room - the the staff are new . He apologized- offered no compensation like breakfast - a drink - nothing

Checking into the hotel took too long but we were given a great room to stay in and free water to compensate for the delay. Very nice area close to Eatily and excellent restaurants

So I booked a room here and due to a volleyball tournament they gave my room away. I was offered a smaller room but I had a party of 5.. then they tried to charge my card for the stay lol yea okay Hilton !!! I’m giving y’all a 1/10 ..
