Standard hotell
Standarhotell som var rent och snyggt med trevlig personal. Inget extra med vi bodde bara en natt och det var bra. Trevligt outlet i närheten (Chicago outlet) med bra priser, fanns även många resturangeri området.

Nedgånget hotell med kraftig rökdoft
Hotellet var överlag helt OK men alltför slitet och det var en kraftig rökdoft trots att vi skulle bo i rökfria rum. Frukosten var direkt dålig. Personalen relativt otrevlig. Men rummet var stort, ganska välstädat och området helt OK!

Don’t stay at this hotel. It will take all your money. And then kick you out for being there too long The police are there every every other day There’s definite criminal activity all over the place. Forgive me, but it’s true. They treat good people like garbage. -5 star rating . sad

The staff is excellent. First class and such wonderful energy. The men during the day are excellent and efficient while being extremely hospitable. Mia is incredibly accommodating and such a warm welcoming demeanor. They really care about their guests and it restores faith in society for me thank you guys . P.s. Overnight deserves a mention! It’s what you can expect for the price, I’ve stayed in way more expensive hotels that were not any better! For a good quiet nights sleep I can recommend this property and its staff!

First night we stayed, our sink and shower completely backed up. Didn't bother telling front desk at that time because we thought it may just take a little bit to drain, wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. Nope, next day it was still backed up all day. Told them that evening and maintenance had already left. The next day they claimed maintenance would be there early in the morning and come to our room which they did not until about lunch hour. Front desk claimed maintenance had tried to stop by prior to that which was a lie because we were in the room all day and not once did anyone knock. Biggest complaint is the first night we were there, the next morning at 6am our door opens and someone tries to walk in! Thankfully I had the latch locked too otherwise this man would have walked in on us sleeping with our TODDLER in the room! They had apparently forgotten they gave us this room the night before and then booked it for someone else and gave them a key! The manager at the front desk shrugged it off and said she would leave my complaint. She also told my boyfriend that we were making a bigger deal out of it than it was. Excuse me?? Our almost 2 YEAR OLD was in the room with us and you allowed strangers access!!! I will be calling shortly to get her name and file a complaint with HR because this is just totally unacceptable and dangerous. Oh and I guess some girl was down there one morning reporting that her car was stolen from the parking lot. Avoid!

Bed bugs. The next morning i noticed a series of bumps on the back of my arm. 4 acne looking dots in a straight line js a sign of bed bugs. Terrible stay and would never come back. Looked clean but apparently not

Nothing really wrong with my stay except they had an issue with the fire alarm on the last night. For the price everything was within what I expected?An older property with friendly staff, some rough edges but will stay again when I return to Naperville.

Don't stay here
The bathroom had black pubic hair on the floor by the shower. The phone didn't work. And there was trash behind the end table between the beds. Said it was a continental breakfast and it was cold cereal milk in a glass refillable jug. And mini bagels. Really. Found on the website room was 70.00 but i booked on Hotels.com i had to pay 88.00 a night. I will not ever stay there again.

The bath kept dripping water. As for the breakfast in morning had something to be desired especially when the person is a diabetic Wish they would give printed bills to all customers before they leave

Total lack of concern in our disappointment.
Chose the room with the hot tub to stay over night for our anniversary. The carpet in the room was so wet near the a/c that you could hear the water squish! It literally splashed me. The room smelled like cat pee. They say it wasn't like that earlier in the day. It smelled horrible. I wanted to leave and get a refund back to my hotels.com account because I had booked it using my points. They told me no and that there was no other rooms available in the whole hotel. The refrigerator was barely cold and it sounded like something was running in it, loudly. Ruined our night

My room was dirty, I found the previous person who was using it receipts in the room. There were crumbs on the floor throughout the room. It was disgusting.
