“When I arrived at the property the staff was so welcoming and kind which made my check in process very pleasant and efficient. When i entered my room was it was clean and due to the weather at a very tolerable chill room temp. I enjoyed my stay and I will return soon.”

“The room seemed clean, but the bathroom was a little dirty. They require a $300 deposit, which I thought was too much for just one night. I only slept there for about 6 hours. I wasn’t able to shower in the morning because of the shared bathroom situation. There were two other guests using the bathroom in the morning and I had to check out by 10am.”

“Hi Chicago was a great hostel exceeding my expectations! It was very clean, comfortable and had a big hangout area and kitchen. Every bed had their own lamp and socket and the shower and toilet was always clean. Getting free breakfast was a huge bonus! Loved my stay and would recommend it to anyone”

“The hotel is nicely located in Chicago, within walking distance of some very cool areas. However, the hotel itself feels quite old and not very clean. You can clearly see dust, stains, and even some old hairs in the room. The carpet is unattractive, and the bathroom has mold in several places. There was also a lot of dust or greasy buildup around the electrical outlets. If you stay on the 8th floor, as we did, you may have to wait a long time for the elevator. “The check-in process was OK due to some confusion about what ID they required. The room itself was clean. Although this is the third Motel 6 I have stayed in where the bathroom door has been fixed due to what looks like someone trying to break it down. The carpark isn't in the best condition. Also I stayed over a Saturday and Sunday and there were only a few spots left on the Saturday. Conveniently located to public transport to get into Downtown Chicago.”
